Suggested Theme (Mock-Up) for RS 4.0

I’ve been moaning and groaning about the site template (or theme) since the move from RS 2.0. Personally, I thought RS 1.0 and 2.0 templates were very good. RS 3.0? I mean, I understand that the number one priority is to get the site and its new user functionalities running nice and smooth.
