Obama funds $20M in tax payer dollars to immigrate Hamas Refugees to the USA . This is the news that didn’t make the headlines…By executive order; President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in “migration assistance” to the Palestinian refugees and “conflict victims” in Gaza. The “presidential determination, “which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States, was signed and appears in the Federal Register.

Few on Capitol Hill, or in the media, took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support to the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.

Now we learn that he is allowing thousands of Palestinian refugees to move to, and live in, the US at American taxpayer expense.

FBI Makes Arrests in Midwest Raids

ADRIAN, Mich. (March 28) — The FBI said Sunday that agents conducted weekend raids in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio and arrested at least three people, and a militia leader in Michigan said the target of at least one of the raids was a Christian militia group.

Federal warrants were sealed, but a federal law enforcement official speaking on condition of anonymity said some of those arrested face gun charges and officials are pursuing other suspects.

FBI spokeswoman Sandra Berchtold said there had been activity in two southeast Michigan counties near the Ohio state line. She wouldn’t say whether they were tied to the raids in the other states.

FBI spokesman Scott Wilson in Cleveland said agents arrested two people Saturday after raids in two Ohio towns. A third arrest made in northeast Illinois on Sunday stemmed from a raid Saturday just over the border in northwest Indiana, both part of an ongoing investigation led by the FBI in Michigan, according to a statement from agents in Illinois.

George Ponce, 18, who works at a pizzeria next door to a home raided in Hammond, Ind., said he and a few co-workers stepped outside for a break Saturday night and saw a swarm of law enforcement.

“I heard a yell, ‘Get back inside!’ and saw a squad member pointing a rifle at us,” Ponce said. “They told us the bomb squad was going in, sweeping the house looking for bombs.”

He said another agent was in the bushes near the house, and law enforcement vehicles were “all over.” He estimated that agents took more than two dozen guns from the house.

Michael Lackomar, a spokesman for the Southeast Michigan Volunteer Militia, said one of his team leaders got a frantic phone call Saturday evening from members of Hutaree, a Christian militia group, who said their property in southwest Michigan was being raided by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

On Wednesday Obama Took the First Major Step in a Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States
On Wednesday the Obama administration took its first major step in a plan to ban all firearms in the United States. The Obama administration intends to force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms.The Obama administration is attempting to use tactics and methods of gun control that will inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment before US citizens even understand what has happened. Obama can appear before the public and tell them that he does not intend to pursue any legislation (in the United States) that will lead to new gun control laws, while cloaked in secrecy, his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is committing the US to international treaties and foreign gun control laws. Does that mean Obama is telling the truth? What it means is that there will be no publicized gun control debates in the media or votes in Congress. We will wake up one morning and find that the United States has signed a treaty that prohibits firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public. We will wake up another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that prohibits any transfer of firearm ownership. And then, we will wake up yet another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that requires US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment.

This is not a joke nor a false warning. As sure as government health care will be forced on us by the Obama administration through whatever means necessary, so will gun control.

U.S. reverses stance on treaty to regulate arms trade

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.

The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush’s administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.

Health Care Fast Tracking Takes its First Casualty: Immigration Reform

Advocates of comprehensive immigration reform will not be happy about a statement just released from Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC. He says because Democrats are about to use a fast track procedure to get health care reform through Congress without a single GOP vote, he will now back away from the negotiating table (if they are successful – and it does appear they have some momentum on their side, at least today).

“The first casualty of the Democratic health care bill will be immigration reform. If the health care bill goes through this weekend, that will, in my view, pretty much kill any chance of immigration reform passing the Senate this year.”

Graham has been working behind the scenes with Sen. Charles Schumer, D-NY, to fashion a compromise. The two were recently at the White House to meet with the President about their efforts.

This announcement by Graham Friday afternoon comes just one day after the duo put out a blue print for reform.

Under the Schumer-Graham proposal, a biometric I.D. card would be required for employment; border and interior security would be beefed up; illegal immigrants in the country now would have a path to citizenship (remember — opponents call this “amnesty”); and some kind of guest worker program would be implemented.

There are enormous forces against this reform effort, particularly Labor and business groups. A number of Democrats also do not like the idea of bringing this explosive issue up during a key midterm election year, when prospects for Democratic losses at the ballot box are heightened due to national divisions over health care reform. As such, many in Democratic leadership do not think it has much of a chance of being considered this year.

We must have a goal for 2010 elections

From my 30 years in business, I have learned the absolute importance of setting goals. If you do not set a goal, you do not put the proper mechanisms or plans in place to achieve those goals. Without a solid goal, what you have is nothing more than a wish, and you will most likely fail.

I’m concerned because although I see a great deal of momentum and enthusiasm I do not see goals for the elections is 2010. I hear statements like we might win this many seats in the House or this many seats in the Senate, but I do not hear a goal. I would like to suggest one.

What should our goal be? Lets tie that goal to the popular statement “We want our country back.” To accomplish that statement we would need to remove the power form the tyrannical left that now has it. What this means is practical terms is that our goal needs to be that we win the necessary seats to override a Presidential veto, in other words a 2/3 majority. Once that point is understood, that we can wrestle power away from Obama, the country will unite behind it. That is our goal, and with that goal we will regain control, but we need to set this goal in stone. All of our efforts, planning, allocation of resources, public support need to rally around this goal. If the American people understand the stakes, understand the goal, we can begin to move mountains. Massachusetts had such a goal, and that was to send a message to Obama, and Scott Brown united the people behind that goal, and accomplished the seemingly impossible. We must have a goal, or we will not be laser focused on any tangible endpoint, and we will greatly reduce our chances of success. Think about it, isn’t this what the country really needs is the veto power over Obama? Do we want to spend the next two years after the 2010 elections without it? The American people can accoplish anything they set their minds to. Every Democratic seat is in play right now, and with the Supreme Court ruling we have more options than ever before. C’mon lets do it, we should aim for nothing less. 2/3 of a cup of Tea Lefites??

Liberals get a bitter taste of their own handiwork

We all know this has been a very bad week for the liberals, and the blame game is definitely under way. I serioulsy doubt that they can step back and see that they are now experiencing the bitter taste of their own handiwork.

Obama was viewed through the liberal prisim of putting people into groups, a favorite tactic of theirs. The color of his skin in this case became a matter of importance over his actual abilities. There can be no question that the “historic” nature of a black man being President was promoted, and the actual “content of his character” or leadership abilities took a distant back seat. Of course the liberal media joined right in all of this, giving Obama a complete pass on any tough questions, and defending and hiding any possible potential shortcomings.

Now, ironically right when they are about to achieve the holy grail of their socialistic quest-Healthcare, the grand prize of them all, the ring is snatched away just as they reach for it. Had they put someone in the White House with actual experience and ability they very well could have passed Healthcare. Had the media vetted him properly they would have had someone that could have delivered the goods for them. So this week when they are all weepy and sad and depressed that Healthcare was within inches of their reach, they can ponder what might have happened had they picked the right man for job based on ability instead of color. In very plain simple terms, they are now tasting the bitter pill that their own liberal ways has bestowed upon them.

Show me the Jobs!

With the Obama administration finally having to address the public’s actual number one concern-jobs, the inevitable talk of a second stimulus comes up. First, we should turn the clock back to when they were trying to sell us on the first stimulus. They promised that if we passed the stimulus bill, unemployment would not rise above 8%, and they warned if we did not pass it, we would run the risk of hitting 9% unemployment. The Obama team had it all plotted out nicely for us how it would work, and it did not mention “created or saved” anywhere. By looking at their own graph, one can see what a complete and utter failure the stimulus has been using their own numbers. Here is the chart.

Any supporter of a second stimulus should be pointed to the above graph which shows clearly and graphically that not only did the stimulus not produce the intended unemployment rate, but the stimulus made the unemployment worse faster than if we had done nothing at all. There is not one shred of evidence here that would support a second stimulus, and the data clearly debunks the Kensayian model of economic theory.
