Sidestepping the tradegy in Fort Hood for just a minute, I have to address the insanity on the Hill. 3962
H.R. 3962H.R. 3962vH.R. 3962

Today a letter was released from the Joint Committee on Taxation outlining how many will face a debtors prisons over healthcare according to Pelosi. In HR3962 Americans that do not maintain “acceptable” health coverage and choose not to pay the individual mandate tax of 2.5% of ones income, will be subject to numerous CIVIL and CRIMINAL penalties, will face fines up to $250,000.00 and could also face up to 5 years in PRISON. For healthcare????!!!!! What a bunch of yutzes!! Of course there is no way in hell it is constitutional and will never hold up in a court of law, but the arrogance, the elitism, the sheer gall of Pelosi and the Democratic controlled Congress is just sickening.
According to the CBO, the cheapest acceptable non-group health insurance plan will cost around $15,000.00 in 2016.Bud

Hopefully Flemings HR615 will pass, forcing Congress has to abide by and buy the same insurance (read crap) they are trying to cram down our throats. Or maybe Joe Wilson, of YOU LIE fame, who recently queried “If this government-run plan is so good, why don’t members of Congress take the plan? [snip] “We know why the majority of the ‘Pelosi takeover bill’ does not provide this, they do know that the government-run option will not be in the interest of the American people, either individually or for the American citizens at large. I’m just very hopeful that they’ll reconsider, that they will understand if it’s good enough for the American people, it’s good enough for Congress.” Wilson says the House is “shoving this bill through.” Newsflash, cram it down our throats in 2009, we will shove it up your
in 2010.

How about if I contribute $15k, they throw Pelosi in jail...
