Why GOP voters should reject Ron Paul’s dangerous and offensive foreign policy

Ron Paul’s foreign policy is not only offensive to many, it is dangerous.

Paul never speaks of America as a “shining city upon a hill,” as Reagan did.  Instead, he starts with a false premise – that the United States is a warmongering imperial power bent on conquest for fun and profit.

Listening to Paul, one gets the impression that all conservatives want to do is go to war for the sake of killing innocent people and building an American Empire.

I’m trying to see things through Ron Paul’s eyes:

Not our job to get involved in the world?
Far more than 6 million Jews would have died in the Holocaust.
The genocide in Bosnia would still be going on.
Oh yeah, Osama would still be happily living in his Pakistani Palace.
…Not our responsibility, outside of Guantanamo, our government has no responsibility ensuring the basic rights of others.

Our nukes are the only protection we need?
Well, gee I don’t see why Ron Paul ranks as the least trusted GOP candidate with our nuclear arsenal. Because nothing says safety more than “if you attack me we’ll both blow each other up.”

Won’t the world love us if we are non-interventionist?
Of course, at least if by the world you mean the Middle East. But seriously, we’re just angering Europe by staying in NATO. The Israelis hate us because we protect them from their suicidal neighbors and South Korea would like nothing more than to see our troops and alliance gone, so they can deal with a nuclear North Korea by themselves. But of course, remember how we angered Libyans when he helped them gain independence from a tyrannical dictator. If we break all our alliances and commitments, i’m sure the whole world will love us so much, that if ever our country gets in trouble, they’ll be lining up to help us.

Besides, Won’t the world be a better place without intervention?
After all, if in 1776 Ron Paul was the leader of France, he wouldn’t have sent troops to help the American revolution and those pesky colonists would be living a quite different life.

Ron Paul bends over backwards to defend Islamo-fascists. He also does all he can to attack a patriot as he does everything possible to appease a Hollywood elite stereotype of conservatives.

We have all observed him going to great lengths to make us
