What About the Baby Boomers?

Unemployment to 9% Jobs Created (?) 244000 Baby Boomers retiring at the rate of 10000 per day, 300000 per month. Isn’t that just a little bothersome? We are not hiring at a rate to replace boomers entering retirement.
