Apparently, Obama’s people are having the vapors over McCain’s visible indifference towards smoothing the One’s way through life:

The Obama campaign is upset with John McCain far failing to defend Obama from charges leveled by Jerome Corsi in his new book, “The Obama Nation.” But since when is it the job of a presidential candidate to comment on the substance of a book he presumably hasn’t read containing largely obscure allegations about his opponent’s life that he is no position to assess?

When asked about Corsi’s book on Obama, McCain replied “Gotta keep your sense of humor.” McCain later said he had misheard the question and thought it was about a television ad.

…the response of the Obama campaign? Predictably, they whined and complained. Not to be mean about it and everything, but as both Allahpundit and Jake Tapper have noted, it’s a little difficult to take their attempt to link Corsi to McCain & Bush when Corsi’s a Truther. That hot, hot Blue-on-Blue action is a bit of an irony this go-round, huh?

    If Obamessiah defends himself against one of the guys who helped defeat the last Democratic presidential candidate, he’s a whiner. And has the vapors. And doesn’t have a sense of humour.

    And if Obamessiah ignores the book, he’s aloof. And out of touch. And clearly hiding something because he’s not responding to the allegations.

    There’s always an angle.

    It’s awesome.

    McCain was on target.

    In defense of Barry, it takes quite a bit longer to put your thoughts together when you have hundreds of different groups that you must appease every time you open your mouth.

    he does have the vapors – that’s what keeps the empty suit appearing full – AND, he is aloof and in all likelihood he is hiding something.

    If Obama is the messiah than only God is above his pay grade, right? His “above my pay grade” comment made me think of Mark 13:32 where Christ (the real Messiah) says:

    “…no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone.”

    Except Christ here is talking about his future return. But still, who exactly is above Obama’s pay grade? Actually he made it clear later in his answer that he has decided when a person gets human rights and it is NOT before delivery… And maybe several hours after delivery depending on whether the child is wanted.

    It’s not in the bible, but it should be. He who taketh scissors to the head of a pre-born baby and suckeths out its brains has as much hope of reaching the Kingdom of Heaven as a camel does to pass through the eye of the needle. That would have been a much better use of the eye of the needle scripture so many socialists purposefully misread to justify their garbage.

    While your point is valid, that’s not what the bill was about.

    Found this with a little Google magic.

    Illinois’ paragraph (c): A live child born as a result of an abortion shall be fully recognized as a human person and accorded immediate protection under the law.

    Federal paragraph (c): Nothing in this section shall be construed to affirm, deny, expand, or contract any legal status or legal right applicable to any member of the species homo sapiens at any point prior to being “born alive” as defined in this section.

    When the senator sponsoring the IL bill tried to amend IL’s paragraph (c), Amendment 1 below, to be the same as the federal paragraph (c), Barack Obama himself, as chairman of the committee hearing the bill, refused, and he then also killed the bill.

    That’s damming enough, even for us moderates who don’t agree 100 percent with the Pro-Life side and that is the facts on Nobama’s views.

    Let’s say some group not affiliated with Obamessiah produces a commercial that achieves national coverage because it got picked up by the 24 hour news networks. It’s known as the “Canary McCain” commercial for obvious reasons.

    I don’t think I’m going out on a limb to imagine the response would include at least a few people not having a sense of humor about the whole thing. Including John McCain and many of the posters on Redstate.com. There would be cries and demands for Obamessiah to denounce the ad.

    Now…imagine what the response would be if Obamessiah decline…

    It would be like a paint factory explosion.

    It’s still pretty clear which side is losing the comedy war.
