    Not to pile on – OK, that’s a lie – but $10 million in three days and (via Constant Reader wsjreader) $47 million for August… Hold on a second. $47 MILLION IN AUGUST. …suggests that Josh Green’s suggestion of a lack of enthusiasm among the GOP for Palin is perhaps just the slightest bit exaggerated.
