Umm, *why*?

As Glenn notes, it’s not especially vicious. One issue, yes. Unsympathetic, also yes. But this is hardly “Obama drinks baby blood,” or something. So why is Obama sending out the legal dog pack against stations that air it?

Choice of words there deliberate, by the way.

    Failure to prevent the airing of ?false and misleading advertising? may be ?probative of an underlying abdication of licensee responsibility? Cosmopolitan Broad. Corp v. FCC, 581 F.2d 917, 927 (D.C. Cir. 1978).

    I’d say most of them meet that criteria.

    Opposition to the Second Amendment is not a viable option in presidential politics, and Obama simply can’t let the truth be known about his record or prior statements.

    to me this makes him look so weak and completely incapable. Then he walks out stage all indignate that someone would DARE criticize him. Then he slams McCain. The only folks buying that act any more are his staff and liberals who don’t have cable.
