The CNN attempts to slip something by the National Review:

The Stanley Kurtz smacks them down.

Sorry: as the AoSHQ notes, it’s National Review, not “The” National Review. A little point, but then this is a post about inaccuracy in reporting. As above, so below – if you’ll forgive me for going all Hermetic over it.

Anyway, CNN flubbed an article on Palin’s bringing up the perfectly accurate observation that Obama’s been palling about with domestic terrorists by suggesting that National Reviewan organization that’s actually been involved in documenting said palling about – had debunked the story. Stanley Kurtz – the guy doing said documentationblasted them for it. CNN has now corrected the record, thus making the entire paragraph kind of forlorn and sad.

Better luck next time, guys.

    According to Stanley;

    I was very briefly on CNN immediately after the McCain campaign called for me to be given access to UIC library. A CNN reporter interviewed me, and almost every question was an attempt to challenge the significance of the Obama-Ayers link. I answered every query in detail. When the report finally aired, my points about the significance of the Obama-Ayers connection were cut.

    If Kurtz had taken his own camera along, with a friend to record it “for posterity“, CNN wouldn’t have cut it. Cause they know it’ll get on NRO and YouTube.

    This should SOP for Republicans/Conservatives with regard to the MSM (even FOX), bring your own camera/tape recorder!
