The New York Post counts 15 states where ACORN’s been doing vote fraud.

The New York Post is probably undercounting.

Triggered by reports about the Democratic Party ally ACORN’s behavior in Ohio, this time (H/T: PolitickerOH:

Vote-Fraud-A-Go-Go

Let every vote count, is the Democratic Party’s mantra these days. That slo gan might better be: Let every vote count as often as we need to win.

Such, at any rate, are the tactics of ACORN, Barack Obama’s favorite “community organizers,” and its Project Vote – of which, the Democratic presidential candidate has boasted, “I started working as the director… here in Chicago.”

ACORN has been implicated in voter-fraud schemes in 15 states – including Ohio, from where The Post’s Jeane MacIntosh reports today that a Board of Elections investigation has unearthed evidence of widespread voter fraud.

At the rate we’re going, we might as well just get ACORN to announce where they’re not committing voter fraud. It’d be faster.

only nut-talking was Gibb on NBC…absolutely no ACORNS on the menu. It’s just like we live in two different worlds, why am I surprised–please help me understand. We should see and hear his middle name EVERYWHERE too…

  • Marcus_Traianus

Both were just on Fox talking about how there were 600,000 new voter registrations in Ohio. In Cuyahoga County (where Sammon is from) there were over 100,000 new registrations (I believe the population is between 500-600 thousand) -staggering.

It seems that Obama talking about renovating the White House bowling alley before the actual election is based on knowledge that “the fix is in”. After all, he was an ACORN Executive Director and, as a lawyer, fought for ACORN to have the same day registration/voting out in place. He has also steered countless dollars to that organization and supported more in the current “bailout” legislation.

ACORN fronts for over 150 other related groups, many of whom receive direct Federal funding. I would say before the music stops, Obama and ACORN will have overseen the greatest attempted election fraud in our history- despicable. Well, I suppose he does have executive experience after all.

You know, for an election that is “in the bag,” democrats are sure acting desperate. Maybe its because of that new yorker piece about how former middle class die hard democrats are either staying home or voting for McCain this year. On this ACORN thing, I say you know what guys, knock yourselves out. These folks are not going to show up on election day. ACORNS big hurrah was supposed to be the early voting in Ohio, only 1/3 of 1 percent of Ohioans showed up to vote. Wow, some get out the vote machine Barack and friends. I think this election is going to surprise us. I think the enthusiasm isnt really there for Obama beyond the blue states. Remember, his poll numbers are always higher then his actual vote tallys. So have fun ACORN, I don’t think its going to matter.

    absentee votes?

  • John_Wayne

I may have missed it, but I have not heard a single Democrat politician or talking head come out against ACORN’s blatant voter registration fraud. In case anyone wonders what might will happen if O’bama gets elected and has a filabuster proof Senate, and a majority in the house, say goodbye to the Bill of Rights! These people will use any means to get their way. Say goodbye to Rush, Hannity, Boortz, Beck, Fox News…say goodbye freedom, say goodbye to America!

Republicans should be running anti-Obama/anti-acorn ads. Fraud in one or two local offices might be excusable, but fraud on this scale cannot be ignored. The best you can say is that upper management is incompetent. It also shows the MSM liberal bias. If the Republican candidate had a past association with a group like this…

  • NightTwister

This is the 4th diary spammed with this conspiracy crap.

New ads every day are getting more and more pointed. They’re in full-swing over Ayers (finally), they’re hammering BO on his ridiculous economic and foreign policies…

I think (hope) it’s only a matter of days before they get to ACORN. Now that the fraud reports are coming in from all angles, it’s a good time for McCain to put up the sign post and point the non-blog-reading-community (bless their souls) toward the obvious truths about this burfoon (2 points for getting that one).

Even if we can’t seem to get him buried on one single issue, they’re all nails in the coffin. BO dug the hole, now it’s our opportunity to push him into it.

    I hadn’t heard about that.

When do they go to jail?! The only way to stop this nonsense is to put some teeth into the law.

it would be really nice to see their taxpayer funding cut off. I think I read here on RS that 40% of their money comes from you and me.

Toss ‘em in the clink and cut off the money.

    1. Voter fraud in 15 states.
    2. The CEO’s brother embezzles $1MM and ACORN insiders know about it. They keep quiet until the statute of limitations runs out. Brother continued to work for ACORN during that time.

What I want is a DoJ investigation into RICOable activities.

  • ILLINOIS_CONSERV

It will be easier to list the states where ACORN is NOT under fire for vote fraud

  • ILLINOIS_CONSERV

    About damn time!

  • BardMan

…use registration numbers in their weighting formulae?

If they do, then a large influx of fraudulent Democrat registrations would obviously tilt the polls toward Obama.

Do polls have any effect on the outcome of the election? Not directly. But you could argue they have an effect on turnout.

  • Sundayjack

ACORN has blasted across the front page of its website a nice, long apologia that just makes me angrier. Particularly this part:

While the vast majority of our voter registration canvassers do a great job, there have been several times over the past ten months that our Las Vegas Quality Control program has identified a canvasser who appears to have knowingly submitted a fake or duplicate application in order to pad his or her hours.

    A single canvasser.

So, taking them at their word, this isn’t about vote fixing, this is just a payroll problem with one employee. That’s just rich. So, registering the same person seven times is a financial benefit, in addition to fluffing the voter roll? Seems to me, since public funds are involved, we should want to know the answer to both questions.

I said it somewhere in another thread – this issue is ripe for a RICO investigation. After La Cosa Nostra, this is why the damn statute was created. Criminal enterprises.

How do me make ACORN/OBAMA/VOTER FRAUD a house hold theme. The Ayers studd is finally breaking through.

Maybe the NRC can do a national 30 second ad?

  • ILLINOIS_CONSERV

When is the MSM going to stop pretending there isn’t a story here and report the damn fact! I am close to 50 years old and have NEVER seen such poor objective journalism in my life. Anyone with half a brain can see the left-controlled media is just swooning over this socialist.

  • Swamp_Yankee

He must try t omake this mainstream news like Ayers. The American people have to think that the Democrats are stealing the election. They type of stuff can build resentment against the Dems.

  • James_Reynolds

but not like you think. They are just reporting that these suspected fraud cards are being thrown out and that by law it is illegal to throw out any card 90 days before election. Not reporting why this had to be done.

  • David_Hinz

as bi-partisan — they will find an account from Buggfugg, Idaho where the Republican clerk threw out a voter card because he was having a dispute with his neighbor who was a Democrat and points to that story to PROVE that both sides engage in voter fraud.
