200,000 questionable ballots in Ohio.

Added bonus: "Vote From Home '08" caught committing voter fraud from somebody else's.

All of this H/T AoSHQ, by the way. Anyway, in reverse order: Michelle Malkin has the details about the Vote from Home idiots, a bunch of whom took the time to get absentee ballots that they didn’t have a right to have while engaging in voter registration fraud in Ohio.

Yes, I think that being caught committing actual voter fraud pretty much eliminates any hope that you might have of getting the benefit of the doubt about being involved in voter registration fraud. I also would like to note that these are Democrats, Obama supporters, and now potential suspects in a felony case. Funny how that happens a lot when we start talking about voter shenanigans, yesno?

So, why did they think that they could get away with it? Possibly because Democratic Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner was apparently pretty sure that she could stonewall the verification process until after the election. Turns out, no: and it turns out that she was sitting on a lot of new voter registrations that need checking. As in, 1/3rd of them. Out of over half a million:

Since Jan. 1, Ohio has 666,000 newly registered or updated voters — all of whom fall under scrutiny by this latest court ruling. Brunner said an initial review found that at least 200,000 of them might have mismatched information. Once the office identifies all of the mismatched voters, Brunner will send the list to the county boards of election where the individuals have registered.

When asked about their role in all of this, other notable Democratic ally ACORN attempted to change the subject by bringing up a couple of immigration reform rallies of theirs that McCain attended (because they think that you’re stupid), screamed racism, and generally… well, that’s pretty much all that they know how to do. These guys aren’t really that bright, do you know what I mean? If they weren’t so useful to the Democratic Party they’d be all working in gas stations somewhere.

    McCain wins instantly.

    People hate cheaters.

The phony registrations have become so gross and massive, I question the supposed rapid rise in Democratic registrations in general, which could fundementaly alter all polling. I dont have all the numbers, by I posed the question in this
    diary

I can see how excited we are about *massive voting fraud *in Ohio, but given the state of the polling, the slowness of the courts, and the mood of the people, it may not look attractive to undecided voters if they find out that redstaters are jumping to the conclusion that Ohio is a *battleground no longer. * I wish life were that simple, friends, but it ain’t.

  • Anteater

And liberals in ACORN are cheaters.

  • dbecraft

If it is not stopped, it will result in a massive distrust of the voting system. This will cause major distrust of the government and eventual unrest…

The outcome will not be good…

    Yes dbecraft,

It’s going on in all of the so-called
battleground states. But who’s to say it’s not happening in all others – just not on as large a scale.

    HillBuzz reports:

People we know who work with the federal courts sent us this article today. They say the multi-state, coordinated actions of prosecutors in all of these Obama/ACORN actions show this is indeed a RICO case that?s being pursued: because the FBI is involved, and the FBI would not be involved if Obama/ACORN actions weren?t crossing state lines and thus entering into federal jurisdiction as RICO.

ACORN is coordinating these illegal activities in multiple states ? which amounts to RICO ? which brings in the Feds. If it wasn?t a RICO case, then the individual states would be handling all of this internally with their own attorneys-general. But, that?s not the case. The FBI is DEFINITELY involved, and that means a guy like Patrick Fitzgerald is involved from the prosecutorial side (rumor in Chicago is that it?s indeed Fitzgerald on this, but that has not been confirmed yet).

we need to stop this! Luckily fraud and miscounts were able to help us in the last electons and weak opponents too but dem rergristraton output has been too high to let this go unsettled

The best thing about this is that the Michelle Malkin video source – Palestra.Net, is a college reporting unit. That means that the fact of Democrat voter fraud is spreading across every college campus right now. College students are the base of Obama’s supporters, the 18 – 25 demographic. His base will now start eroding away and will weaken Obama’s hopes to be President.

Also on this story, the US Supreme Court has just received an “emergency appeal” from the Ohio Sec. of State. Because it is an “emergency appeal”, it will go to the judge for that jurisdiction, John Stevens (a very liberal justice) – and you know he will probably go along with his liberal friend in Ohio. Common sense of Americans would be to allow an investigation (after all, if you have nothing to hide then there is no reason to prevent an investigation). So, the more that she fights to prevent voter fraud investigation and challenges, the more the Ohio Sec. of State shows the American public that she knows the guilt of it.

We are constantly reminded of seat belt laws, gun laws, drunk driving laws, buzz driving laws through Public Service commercials. All ending with the same warning…break this law suffer the consequences.

Why not do one on voter fraud? It is a felony and strikes at the heart of efforts to undermine a societal privilege.

Those voters who register in earnest to cast their ballots would not be the target but those who intend to commit the crime would be.

The RNC could ask the DNC to be part of the “sponsored by” group. :-)

I don’t want to succumb to hyperbole (who, me?), but the extent of voter fraud in this country threatens the republic!
