They can’t run away from this. At the rate it is going everyone will have to be fired. I think this proves something is rotten to the core with ACORN. Congress needs to get on the stick and demand that ACORN close and investigations open into where all the tax & stimulus dollars are going. My gut feeling is that all of this will have to wait until the liar & thief are gone, along with his corrupt cabinet.

If we really got Comrade Obama on the ropes, half of the so-called Republican/conservative leadership in DC would come to his rescue and try to repudiate us.

We on the Right have no real leadership and no political program. If Comrade Obama and the Democrats suddenly abdicated, we wouldn’t know what to do and probably that old slug McCain would see himself as the annoited leader of the Right, he and Grahamnest sure are acting like they’re campaigning for President together in SC today.

Anyway, to your first point, while Democrats are much better at getting a government to do what they want than are Republicans, even for them moving government is like pushing a rope; it doesn’t always go where you want it to. I think their play for pay reflex got the best of them. The corporate healthcare providers and SEIU have been in league for sometime. Many of the big chain hospitals and clinics voluntarily accepted unionization by SEIU so they could combine their efforts and power to get nationalized healthcare. They called in their chit on Comrade Obama and on Pelosi/Reid, since CA was the locus of SEIU’s efforts. I think going for healthcare first was perhaps a mortal wound to Comrade Obama’s coup attempt. Unlike card check, nationalized healthcare is something that real live, voting, regular people can immediately and emotionally relate to and the have unleashed the whirlwind. They may yet get a bill, but it will be nothing like what they wanted. It has also demonstrated that there are chinks in Comrade Obama’s armor. It has even motivated a few Republicans to find some vital parts of their bodies that they aren’t accustomed to using, though certainly not enough of them.

So, I think they go all in for card check after whatever the outcome of healthcare is established. Getting cardcheck passed is the only way they can avoid a terrible retribution from the voters in ‘10 and ‘12. Fundamentally, I think Comrade Obama was way too busy lording it over us, travelling the world, and generally enjoying basking in the radiated glow of his wondrous presence and let his plan slip. A good communist organizer, as opposed to an affirmative action hire communist organizer, would have struck swiftly and effectively. BHO was gazing at himself in the mirror when he should have been working.

Obama may be on the ropes but he is a survivor. Never count him out. It is time to step up the game. If 2 20 something reporters can do this to ACORN, imagine what real conservative undercover reporters can do. The conservative’s are waking up and smelling the blood. We have to get more ruthless on exposing this corruption. Always stay legal but go after the left with the veal that the left had going after the right. I’ve seen the videos and I saw her on several shows over the weekend. She’s only twenty now and other than having on a LOT more clothes in her TV appearances, she looks the same as in the videos. Waaay cute, too.

Hannity = all light and no heat. I suspect this may be why his name simply doesn’t come up much in thoughtful conservative forums.

I considered Hannity a conservative medial ally - that is, until the last republican presidential primaries when he gave an otherwise respectful and intelligent catholic priest a most vicious and brutal verbal beat-down - coming close to calling him a child-molester - when the priest committed the mortal sin (in Hannity’s mind) of questioning Rudy Giuliano’s conservative credentials, in particular his stance on abortion. Truly a defining “Lonesome Rhodes moment” for Hannity if anyone in the media ever had one.
