Voter Fraud Video Watch – NJ.

Via Election Journal, somebody tried to steal this guy’s vote.

In fact, as EJ noted earlier, they still might – thanks to the Democratic party’s attempt to keep the rules for absentee ballots as loose as possible. If the absentee ballot is deemed the valid one…

PS: Final question: how many people who didn’t go out to vote today ended up voting in NJ, after all?

If the Republican wins by a narrow margin the Dems will try and steal it.

  • Patricia_C

This proves the increasing level of fear in the democratic party. Such efforts are usually reserved for presidential races and would not be necessary if they believed they had the strength to win fairly.

I find it ironic…. Barack’s recently observed and curiously disturbing weight loss seems to reflect the current condition of his entire party.

  • jackspectre

Liberals have been getting away with this kind of thing for so long, I doubt they even think it’s wrong anymore.

  • udtiger

…the subject in the video got his own name correct? With all due respect, he may have voted absentee and just not remember.

  • Xasteius
  • Swamp_Yankee

That might be true if this guy is some Mary Jane advocate. But most voters know if they have voted already

  • udtiger

    d*mned sarcasm button keeps sticking…

  • crosley

It’s too easy to create mischief with voting by mail. An absentee ballot should only be given if a person can prove they aren’t able to vote on election day.

Imagine how much more honest elections would be if you had to go to a precinct to vote, show a driver’s license, and dip your finger in purple ink.

That alone would probably solve 99.9% of voter fraud in this country.

  • Swamp_Yankee

.. aint never going to happen and probably shouldn’t

and we have to remind/warn each and every Election:

We go through this every election, especially for all the newbies that come along along the way each year, the MSM storylines to do anything/everything to make/focus the storylines on everything but the Fraud/abuses. The HC Democrats and MSM keep playing the Angry Mob script will be just slightly altered and continue to re-run. While the Black-Panther at the PA polls kept being ignored, or downplayed when they could no longer ignore it, anyone caught by a Network TV cameraman at the Polls with a Video camera (looking for fraud) will be played up as the story and the ones OBSTRUCTING and intimidating the Vote (as discussed here – they will attempt to make YOU the story).

  • BlueLandRed

does ALL voting by mail and never seems to have any problem. I think it more about the people than the rules.

  • crosley

This country got by for around 180 years without voting by mail. It’s a relatively recent development. You used to have to prove why you couldn’t make it to the polls.

I just think it’s incredibly easy to make mischief when every election millions of ballots around the country are mailed. No one would dare let you remove a ballot out from a precinct, but yet we mail them out with junk coupons every election.

It won’t ever happen, you are right about that.

  • leftylurker

But this clip doesn’t really tell us much.

Amy Miller, you out there? What’s wrong with this piece of evidence?

  • http://www.hakubi.us/ Neil Stevens
  • leftylurker

But I do expect foundation for things.

I really like a lot of the posts here, because people provide evidence for their claims. I could have made this video with my friend just to make people look bad. There’s no foundation to it.

I know you don’t like me Neil, and I assure you, I don’t lose any sleep over it, but come on, address my points…

  • Aaron Gardner
  • Leopard1996

He goes to his polling place, and is told that he already voted, and he tells them that he didn’t so now he gets a ballot that will only be counted if it is close instead of getting counting through the first round.

That either tells me one of two things. Either the NJ voting people are just totally screwed up or there is some major corruption going on.

Being somebody who used to live in NJ, I think I will take option 2. This is major corruption.

  • E Pluribus Unum

First, this video is not offered as trial evidence, so stop it with the frakking burden of proof crap.

Second, it is impossible to, right this minute, get our hands on the absentee ballot sent in this guy’s name.

Third, he did give his name and his precinct voting location, and we see his face. If he’s making it up, this is easy to verify soon enough.

Fourth, it was the NJ Democratic Party that specifically petitioned the Secretary of State to not toss out the 2300 ballots that were determined NOT to match signatures on record.

In light of all that, you don’t think it’w worthy to toss this out there for consideration?

  • Leopard1996

There is only a problem when the Republican wins. I have yet to see any documentaries about ACORN influence in OH, but the movie channels will run ad nausem the supposed Diebold manipulation of voter machines in Cuyahoga County in OH.

  • leftylurker

I told them that saying Bush stole the votes in Ohio with his EEEEEVIL voting machines was wishful thinking, and that if they wanted to win elections they’d have to run real candidates, not robot zombies like Kerry.

  • leftylurker

    It infects the brain.

But come on EPU, this is just 30 seconds of some guy saying that he someone had voted absentee in his name. There’s nothing else. There’s no evidence he’s from New Jersey, there isn’t even any evidence it’s from TODAY.

There are a lot of people out there who make stuff up to rile up the other side and make fun of them. This seems a lot like it could be griefing like that.

  • Aaron Gardner
  • Leopard1996
  • leftylurker

    okay

  • leftylurker

I didn’t like people saying that it was the machines, because what they needed to accept was that “YOUR MESSAGE IS BRO-KEN.” The Terry McAullife wing of the Dem party was done, and it wasn’t voting machines that was making Dems lose elections, it was bad policy.

This is what you all are doing now, and it appears to be working. In fact, if NJ goes Dem, you could see it as MORE proof that you need to get back to basics..CC wasn’t exactly a purist as far as I have read.

  • Rod_Patrick
  • Achance

And if you’ve ever actually dealt with ordinary witnesses you well know that. Now, I know there are some foundational issues; go read my Election Fraud:101 post from yesterday which should demonstrate that I know a little bit about fraud and how to investigate it.

But, unless you have some evidence that he’s a plant or a ringer, his assertions are every bit as weighty and credible as your denials.

  • leftylurker

And the guy should get prosecuted. No question about it.

  • leftylurker

(and I’ll concede this on the basis of Rod’s post)

  • Aaron Gardner

What you should be worried about is that you are losing VA after Obama took it by a wide margin.

  • leftylurker

Creigh (I mean, the name alone…) ran about as far from Obama as he could have.

You’re not going to fire up the wingnuts if you oppose Cap and Trade and the Public Option.

  • Leopard1996

I will feel so justified in leaving the state that it won’t be funny. How do you elect a guy who has done nothing but do everything to destroy everything about the state.

And he didn’t have a George Bush to blame it on, the state was run by Democrats since after Christie Whitman left office, and NJ was pretty decent when she left.

  • leftylurker

You don’t get 30% approval for doing a good job.

I figured if he won it was because his get out the vote money…err..effort, was going to be better.

  • Aaron Gardner

    Virginia

The Democratic Governors Association spent $4 million to get Creigh Deeds elected.

The Democratic National Committee spent $6 million to get Deeds elected.

Obama campaigned for Deeds multiple times.

Organizing for America sent a mail piece to 300,000 ?surge voters?, or voters who voted for the first time in 2008, urging them to vote for Deeds.

Organizing for America set up phone banks for Creigh Deeds.

Obama and Deeds are best buds as far as the electorate is concerned.

  • leftylurker

    I do lurk here. =)

Sure, there was serious democratic mobilizing on this like there would be for any race, but the candidate himself, again, the one with the creepy name, did all he could to distance himself from Dem bread and butter…so, in an election where the right is all fired up, he totally pissed off his hard left supporters, who didn’t come out.

I mean, I’m pretty damn lefty, and the only reason I voted this election was to vote NO on another dang millage tax.

  • Aaron Gardner

Which means not only did the voters reject Deeds, they rejected Obama.

You can deny it all you like, but thems the facts jack.

  • leftylurker

And it’s hard to pull a man to safety when 1) he has a creepy name, and 2) he’s busy trying to drown himself.

We can argue about this till the end, but there’s not going to be a real referendum on Obama till 2012. Everything else is just speculation.

  • Aaron Gardner

But I admire your courage despite this referendum on the policies of the modern democratic party, and all it’s many apparatuses.

  • leftylurker

And i admire your steadfast opposition to it!

    =)

  • Jack_Savage

Obama is leaking water in VA like a sieve. Thanks for giving us a preview of the lame spin that Dems will use tomorrow.

As I have written before, Creigh Deeds is cut from the same cloth as Webb and Warner. They voted against the $250 billion “doc fix” because they see the tsunami.

Keep repeating it and you might begin to believe it.

  • E Pluribus Unum

    (a) it was not offered as a legal brief
    (b) this tracks with actual verified Democrat Party behavior in New Jersey this week.
    (c) he states name and precinct, and his face is showing. That AUTOMATICALLY grants a little bit of credibility. ABC-NBC-CBS can easily find this guy if they really want him, they can find the election judge of that precinct and ask if this guy was rejected and forced to use a provisional ballot, because an absentee ballot had been used in his name. They can visit the county election commission and lean on them to find the absentee ballot, find the guy’s voter registration card, and report whether the signatures match.’

Because the above is true, this has enough of a presumption of credibility that it can be offered on a blog site like this, as an accusation — both left and right can and should follow up on this to see what the real truth is.

You are basically saying we should not even toss out this supposed case of voter fruad until weeks from now, when we’ve proven it. I say no – blog site, flaming arrows are part of the game.
