Oba-Mao ironies.

There's Something About Mass Murder That Just Never Goes Out of Style.

There’s a few in this one:

  • Using a bloodthirsty Communist dictator to sell T-shirts.
  • Watching quite a lot of administration pushback on the socialism thing get casually subverted by some guy in China trying to sell some T-shirts.
  • The Chinese kicking off a visit that’s supposed to be about mutual cultural outreach by banning the T-shirt in question.

Although I suppose that the last one is an improvement.  Back in the day, they’d just have taken the vendors out, shot them, then charged their families for the bullet.

PS: They’re available for sale here, which is a site that will cheerfully pander to both sides of the spectrum when selling you overpriced President-themed junk.

Because that’s AMERICA.

Wonder how Obama feels about the

Chinese government’s opinion that it’s an insult to Mao.

What I expect to happen is a weakening of U.S./Japanese ties in deference to communist China which has an eye on expansion, not only of economic power but overall empire reach.

I could be wrong but it would be just like Obama to sell out the Japanese catering to yet another totalitarian government.

in China they are considered a compliment. I can’t imagine Bush, McCain or even Nixon being treated as such. Admit it, the image seems so natural, so fitting. The ChiComs recognize one of their own, even if many here don’t.

It gets worse

In Russian, the word ‘oba’ means ‘both’. Both Mao. Don’t mess with Marxist meme masters, grasshopper.

Considering his dip in front of Japan’s PM earlier today, can you imagine how deep and long our Dictator In Training Pants is going to bow in front of every single Chi-Com official ?

Describing himself as the first “Pacific” US president, he said the US was committed to the area’s security.

Jim Hoft also has this at Gateway Pundit where the subject header came from…….

I think that was supposed to be “pacifist” US President, not ‘Pacific’……. Pacifist at lest when it comes to international items.

On domestic issues, people like us know full-well the single last thing POTUS happens to be is a pacifist.

Coming soon to a town near you…. FEMA/Civilian Defense Force Camps for those who believe in and act towards freedom for everyone.

Of course you can have my guns……. Bullets first.
I didn’t say rounds, shells or magazines……
I said bullets first.
