Pitchforks, torches now acceptable for political demonstrations.

How *does* one get a permit for the right to *brandish* weapons at a demonstration, anyway?

Please calibrate accordingly.

Admittedly, it looks a little, well, small by right-wing activist standards, but that’s a real, live Lefty protest against a business organization* using actual pitchforks and functional torches.  Feel free to pass that around the next time somebody has the vapors about a Tea Party protest…

I run a boutique tax firm (www.irsmedic.com) in Connecticut. When I was looking at health care plan for my employees, it was suggested to me to go through CBIA.

So what does CBIA do? It pools my <10 employees and allows me to save a bunch of money on health insurance. Oh, it also gives my employees choice on whatever plan they want.

The savings I put into growing my business. I hired two people over the last past year (one paralegal and one attorney).

So yes, you can see why the left-O’s need to burn the CBIA to the ground. They are a true threat. They really help small businesses like myself grow and hire people.

How much they pay per hour …

then go to pitchfork safety class for about 8 hrs, Learn to clean and disassemble your fork. Then take it on the range for spearing practice at five, 15 and 25 yards. Its time consuming Moe, but once you get your permit you can wear it proudly at any demonstration. Although concealment is a whole ‘nother ball of wax.

    That’s all I could take.

I wonder if this staged play came from the creative directors of TMMTele-prompter Manipulated Missives. Look at all those pages they had to read.

Too bad they didn’t have time to practice or at least set up a teleprompter. Guess it takes away from the backdrop of fire and pitchfork.

…Connecticut is the only state blue enough left in the lower fourty eight where something like this could conceivably take place.

When things get bad enough “The people sink more deeply into their God and their guns!”
Apparently not there yet in Connecticut. Fifty two per cent still support THE OBAMBI.

don’t care ’bout da little guy. But da big guvmint does. Which is why they are going to tax your asses off, and collar you with a debt burden you’ll never escape. How else do you show love?
The ape looked like he had trouble reading the script. Stupidity can kill freedom, believe it.

Pawlenty apparently wants us to bypass the pitchforks and go straight for 9 irons. His theory is we should take a page from TIger Woods’ wife and
?take a nine iron and smash the windows out of big government”. He supposedly said this at cpac according to politico.com. ( i know left leaning).did he really say it guys? If he did, sure as the world some unhinged person will not take it in the figurative sense and sally forth with their clubs and bust up something. Imagine the bad press.

  • blooch

    Nah, I didn’t think so.

And then be associated with that violent tea party movement. Just think of all the innuendo MSNBC can get out of this! How many adjectives can they apply to the word “forkers”?

    Mother? Little? Dirty?

Place a forker joke right next to a teabag joke and watch Olbermann’s face explode from the sheer comedy he gets out of it

  • tngal

A group of forkers amassed togther? Clusterf…

So that all I can gather. Every protest they have seems to have a drum in it. It seems like it’s time to smash the drums in the face of a few leftists.

Never mind if you totally lack the musical ability….

a particularly annoying sound inside the typical stone or concrete government building. Some years ago I was trying to pass a resolution disapproving of the Democrat administration’s labor agreements. Couldn’t for the life of me get the votes in the otherwise solidly Republican House; some were afraid of the unions, some thought they could make the unions like Republicans by being nice to them. Anyway, we have a couple of hundred of the usual suspects singing songs and carrying signs out in front of the Capitol when at the end of the lunchtime “rally” a couple dozen miscreants go nutso and go running into and through the Capital Building carrying their picket signs on baseball bats and punding on coffee cans. Didn’t take long after that to get my votes!

I was laughing when I turned it off.

maybe they were planning on some “hayriding” later.

    fffffft…

Don’t bogart that bale, my friend…stick a fork in it and pass it on!

Although I did like the part where the one guy stops mid-sentence to thumb through his script for the rest of his line. Wretchedly humorous……
