?Fauxcahontis? and Elizabeth Warren really aren’t funny (although it made my day) because it proves that the Left will do anything — anything within or without the law — to win. Mostly the media does not expose lies by the Left but here it is, except I will have to look and see if the Seattle Times runs something.

unfortunately 55 votes–and I hope we can get that many–will not be enough to stop a dem. filibuster: we need 60 which we will not have. also unfortunately, dem. senators like Casey who pretend to be pro-life aren’t so much: they always vote with Harry Reid. You have a much better chance of getting a newly elected Scott Brown to vote for you on some pro-life issues

Sen Scott Brown requested that Eliz Warren release the actual applications for her jobs as a faculty member at Harvard and perhaps the two other universities where Warren was employed. She had listed herself as Native American in journals but has said she was not part of an Affirmative action Jump.

Affirmative Action preferences grant a preference to Native Americans in getting an interview. Minorities applicants are moved to the front of the line in interviews and hiring. No one is guaranteed a job after an interview but in hiring minority staus also has a preference. When the field is narrowed to five the minority has an advantage. Blue eyed blondes are not minorities nor are they Native American characteristics.

One man who hired Warren at Harvard Law recalls NA status did not emerge as a topic in her interview. His statement did not say if the hiring committee considered NA status without asking Warren about it though.

Warren has denied she used NA status in applying for a faculty job. Scott Brown calls for the actual applications to be made public.
Until the public can see the actual applications, her checked ethnicity and status we will never know how her hiring process unfolded. And we will not know if Warren is a minority hire.

And a fraud.

is likely as good as it will get for Reps. in MA, and his forcing the Dems to go with the very flawed House bill for ocare is likely the reason the Sup. Ct. will ditch it:
Dems. had no time to add severability clause, no reconciliation (it could never be brought up in the Sen.), and the mishmash of conflicts went unresolved making it the totally incomprehensible mess that made Pelosi’s famous statement only too true: You had to pass it to know what was in it, but she never added, and then you will know the whole deal should be set on fire, buried during the dark of the moon, and the ground salted..

I have ancestors from the first Queeen Eliz, plus my for real ancestors the Cherokee and Shawnee, can name them also, but the trouble is they don’t know me, they are mostly dead, except a few of course,, an insult to our people probably not, they will laugh and have a couple dirty jokes on high cheek bones and sun tans of the whities and go on about their business. heheheeh
