Several billion dollars’ worth, if I recall? (Via Technomancy for Fun and Profit.)
Annnnnd the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals reverses the vacating of the restraining order requiring that OH SecState Jennifer Brunner (D) do her job properly.
Gilbert and Sullivan, where are you? Now, when we need you most? Still, see here and here. Essentially, SecState Brunner is now back and stuck with the oh-so-onerous task of making sure that all of long-time Democratic ally ACORN’s work of committing voter registration fraud in Ohio was actually done in vain. As Darke Blog notes, the court may decide that she doesn’t really have | Read More »

And while we’re on the subject of ACORN…
…this dispute has, indeed, mainstreamed. Favorably to us: (Also via Hot Air)
“To say that ACORN is left-leaning is like saying Terry Bradshaw may be bald.”
Those wishing that they wouldn’t, contemplate this: we’ve gotten a lot of people lately around here who have registered for the express purpose of telling us to stop. Usually with a certain nervous bravado. Just saying, that’s all. (Via Hot Air)
Ace versus Allahpundit on Fund/Levinson Fox ACORN video.
Here’s the video: Allahpundit thinks that it was an “almost total waste,” thanks to the fact that Levinson kept talking over Fund; Ace thinks that Levinson is “a superstar — for the right” for pretty much the same reason. I’m going to lean on Ace’s side on this one, if only because Camerota herself was getting more and more tired of Levinson as the segment | Read More »
