PALIN Hits It Out Of The PARK at Hannity Field

The first time I heard Sarah Palin in 2008, I thought she could be America’s first female president and John McCain’s best political legacy. To me, Palin was TR in a skirt, with earthy dollops of Harry Truman. She was sensible, spiritually grounded, sharp, honest, fair and fast on her feet.

A year later, a doggone polarizing Palin seemed more like an uncackly version of Hillary Clinton, with a lower IQ and reams more common sense. Governor Palin was another gifted woman who would be queen, but not president.

Last night, after watching the Governor’s flawless performance on Sean Hannity’s Show, I’m back to first-female-president mode.

What an improvement! And all this from a new-style American leader who bags moose, lands salmon and doesn’t eat Dover Sole.

Palin’s getting so smooth, even the snootiest Republicans might decide to give her a second look. If she’d stop saying the CR word, they might  invite her to join one of their clubs.

Most Americans know that if Palin were a Democrat, she’d be canonized on the spot. The LameStreamers would be fawning all over her new fly jacket. Chris Matthews would feel serious spasms, and Jay Rockefeller would boot his instantly infamous bug.

Unfortunately for them, the little Red PowerHouse keeps telling it like it is with flash and fire. Fortunately for the CommonSenseSet, Palin’s smart enough to know slings, arrows, and certifiables come with the territory.

Of course, the revilers favor burning her at the stake, like a 21st century Joan of Arc. But something tells me that this time, they won’t succeed. Unlike Obama, Palin’s as nimble politically as she is on a basketball court, able to leap metaphors in a single bound.

And speaking of, I’ll never forget begging strangers on the street to beware of Barack Obama and not to be lured to vote for him. Of course, no one listened…no friends, no family members. All came up with excuses as lame and embarrassing as most media they watch.

I expected these answers from unReal Liberals. I also knew most Jewish and black voters were glommed in Liberal lock-step, regardless of history.

But what on earth accounted for the thought process of RINOs who voted for Obama and his proven-to-fail Liberal philosophy?

“Oh, I got tired of W and didn’t like his getting us into war.”

“Oh, they didn’t find any WMD’s in Iraq.”

“Oh, Obama is half-black and looks nice.”

Oh, it’s about time we had some hope and change.”

“Oh, I can’t stand Sarah Palin.”

Republicans expect Liberals to despise Palin, and we know the go wild over females like Fey, Goldberg, Behar, Obama, Boxer, and Pelosi.  But when Americans supporting the basic Republican philosopy toss their votes like confetti, they do so at my country’s peril, my peril, and that of family, friends and fellow citizens.

Those kinds of threats have always turned mothers into monsters. Governor Palin calls them MamaGrizzlies. I call them lionesses, awesome creatures who raise cubs, hunt food, and fiercely defend territory.

Whatever you think of lions, moose, salmon, or bears, Sarah Palin makes Barack Obama look like bait. I most certainly do not wish him any harm, but he needs to go back in the sea, or to another country he likes better than America.

And Americans, especially capricious Independents and snobby Republicans, need to wise up, put aside lame excuses, and vote for the person who can be elected to right and restore America, as if her last breath depended on it…and ours. Because it does.

She is maybe more free to gad-fly about without the burden of the governorship, but she falls into the vast pile of not enough exec. experience (a trap that now has Obama in its grip) to be president.

I want someone who will know what he or she is doing and not someone learning on the job or grasping at straws. What is the boy pres. going to do now that N, Korea is spreading its wings?

Palin has excellent instincts, appeals to a broad stretch of Americans, and speaks believably, but I wish she still had something like head of the RNC behind her, some company that she ran, or at least one term as a governor, because others, like Senators, often do not do so well in the Oval Office.

And the press will hate her interminably as they did Bush and make her life, and the lives of Rep. supporters, a living hell. Can we go through that and have her not elected? Big gamble.

Palin is the only one, at least so far, that has shown the ability to fight off the HUGE media attacks that all Republican nominees get. Even McCain, who the media loved more than any Republican alive, got savaged by the lamestream media, because he was the nominee. Any nominee will get that treatment, you can nominate the most liberal Republican on earth, once hes the nominee against Obama he’s going to be the most corrupt/evil/incompetent/right-wing guy in the history of America, according to the media. Anybody who doesn’t recognise that is going to be going on some VERY flawed logic. We can’t find a candidate who the media will support against Obama, it isn’t possible. We have to have a candidate who can fight the media’s savagery, and that candidate is clearly Sarah Palin. What did it take to beat Mitt Romney last go-round? A candidate with no money, and a few people whispering the word ‘mormon’, and he folded like a tent. Can anybody imagine what would happen if he got the nomination? The media would portray him as an evil, corrupt businessman, they’d talk about him shipping jobs overseas, enriching himself at the expense of others, etc etc no doubt it would be entirely unfair and untrue, but stuff like that doesn’t stop them, its just absurd to pretend that wouldnt happen. How would he handle it? I think we all know how he’d handle it, he’d handle it in a way that resulted in Obama winning about 40 states.

There’s nothing unique about Romney, I just use him as an example since if its not Palin its probably going to be Romney. The media love Romney right now, because he’s Palin’s main competition. But if you think anybody, Romney or anybody else, isn’t going to face the full fury of the liberal media should they get the GOP nomination then you just need to study history. We don’t need to find somebody who will find a way to keep the media from attacking them, that isnt possible, we have to find somebody who can effectively overcome them, and thats what Palin has been doing, beating the lamestream media at their own game, and thats what makes her uniquely qualfied to be the nominee in 2012, even more than her brilliance and her awesome positions on the issues.

In regard to ‘experience’, she has a lot of experience running a city and a state. Obama never ran anything. Sure, she didnt serve for two or three terms as Governor, only half a term, but she was wildly successful and popular during that time, she accomplished a tremendous amount, she showed what she would do as President, its quite a Conservative record of achievement and success. Unlike Obama who will be running away from his record as President, Palin will be running on her record as Governor, as unlike Obama she has a record to be proud of.
