    Do us all a favor and don’t post anything until you can at least pin a thought to it.

    These diaries that just post a link are a waste of time and are a big reason why Redstate isn’t up to where it could be, as far as quality.

    It was appropriate to post that with an emotion like YAY. I saw it as a big huge deal for conservatives and freedom in general, sometimes something short is appropriate when you have a big victory. I guess it’s not though not for this site. This is the only diary I have ever posted though it though if you tell me how to delete I will.

      This is not a diary entry. This is either a Comment in an Open Thread – and we have one today – or it’s a piece of crap that moves diaries of quality off the page. My vote is for the latter.

      With respect to the content, and no, I didn’t read the link because you didn’t give me any reason to. A diary should contain, at the very least, an opening comment that hints at the reason for the diary, a link to the article being referenced, a blockquote from the article reinforcing the “money quote”, and commentary from you about why this is important and where we go from here.

      Your little piece of crap had nothing but the link. And frankly, I’m not chasing GWB links. I really don’t give a damn about anything he’s got to say other than “Goodbye.”.

      Please don’t do this again.
