On “This Week” with George Stephanopolous, Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) made a very carefully nuanced statement about the anticipated impact of the stimulus package on jobs.  He said the bill will “create or maintain three to four million jobs.” And so the backtracking officially begins.
