As for “law” school and what it calls “Constitutional law,” they deal specifically and entirely with ways to VIOLATE the law as opposed to understanding or following it. It is actually their whole purpose. Tge students who can come up with the most persuasive and compelling argument for violating the Constitution get top honors at graduation.
