Then when it's found later that - gee, what a surprise! - there was a fair amount of fraud, Bush gets blamed for lack of oversight for not being careful about how our suddenly precious dollars were doled out. Obama takes the same approach except 100x larger - spend spend spend spend spend spend now. There's no time for a plan for God's sake! And now of course when it's found that much of the money was wasted, does Obama get any blame? NAH! The treatment is more along the lines of what the MSM is told to report - We did it all right, but the problems we inherited were even worse than anyone realized, so don't blame us.
