NT of course stands for ‘no text.’ It’s a way of saying your entire message is contained in the title of your comment.

    Obama as man of the Year… Someone with a brain sneaking by a message on the cover of Time? and did no-one else over at time catch it, or just agree with the visual/symbolism!?!?

    Time story

    Che posters/art often have the backgrounds as shown… Did Time (or the initial illustrator) pick up the Che theme????

    OK, really… the Obama “HOPE” Poster is probably where the Time cover was stolen… er… inspired… but again, who was the “HOPE” poster creator and was/did he/she go for the Che’ effect purposefully. It’s ingrained in the Liberal mind-set that they would remember that Poster from being on their bedroom wall at some point!

    Was reminded of this by the al-Zeidi shoe thrower… HIS HOME HAD A CHE’ POSTER… probably are in “Freedom Fighters” (yeah, right) homes all across the Middle East these days…. Just more Liberals/Progressives/Socialists. see the Poster on the Wall of the al-Zeidi home during this news-story video.

    and you won’t be the last…..you just go into your head and say to yourself “it’s just a day or if longer just take it one day at a time” …..you will live but it will be painful :-)

    is the fact that other than our kids, our nearest relative is about 2000 miles away. In fact, it ain’t a bad thing that after the Holidays, the nearest kid will be about 600 air miles away.

    I have both boys home for the Holidays and I feel like we’ve been invaded. I can never find the remote. The TV is always on and its always on ESPN. There’s always a car behind mine. There’s always a cell phone ringing. And since it’s a balmy 2 degrees outside right now, it’s too damned cold to just go down to the boat and drink myself into oblivion while listening to Sirius Classic Vinyl.

    Is there a handy guide to boldface, italics, block quotes, etc.?

    Even without those features, the current RS version is super, just for its speed and dependability.

    Comment previews don’t exist yet. And bold, etc. is all in standard HTML.

    Basically wordpress doesn’t treat comments as being very important, not even having comment titles before we did some work.

    RS 3 was just broken by design. RS 4 by comparison is fast.

    We only turned on caching for anonymous users because the AOLanche hurt us. More traffic than Drudge.
