The Perfect Dunk Open Thread

Effective dunk? Check. He slammed it home with authority.

Patriotic dunk? Check. He did it in the red, white, and blue.

Mean dunk? Check. He put his hand on the head of the Australian center to vault over him, in Australia, in front of the home country crowd.

Vince Carter might have made the perfect dunk that year. Open thread.

Update: Oh yes, and he did it off of a steal, too, to give him defensive credit on the play. All the better!

Complete failure as first round draft pick of NY Knicks? Check.

Frenchman? Check. (An ethnically German Frenchman, in fact).

As soon Kevin Greene instills fear of God, inspiration, and some backbone in Packers LB corps, I’m telling you this, we’ll be the most feared team in NFL. Packers will be steamrolling over every team, just because LBs will be afraid to cross Kevin Greene (as OLB coach), and he wouldn’t have it another way.

I predict Packers will win SB next year, and you heard it first here. Packers has no excuse not to field a top ten defense next year. None at all.

TT and MM, I’m warning you, don’t mess this up!

CNBC ran an unscientific poll on its website on Monday. The question was whether Tim Geithner should or should not be confirmed. When I voted, the poll was running about 75% against confirmation. It ended about the same.

How was it edited? The results cannot be found on the website today through any of its links.

    It is, however, here:

Otherwise you end up with only four, er five, comments.

No Republican has voted for it yet. 8 Dems voted against.

I guess that means that WE are participating in the BIPARTISAN side of the vote.

I heard ‘em talking about this on KMOX this afternoon. Unfortunately, I envisioned a much larger “font”. Oh well, that’s good enough for me!!!
