Just letting you know we’re listening.

Thanks for all your work, Neil, without which we’d all be back drawing runes on the wall of that stinking cave. Or back in technological Egypt. Or someplace bad that’s old and crummy.

I am still relatively young and use the net daily. But I am considered a neo ludditte by many of my friends, and like an ol’ cuss, I wear that as a badge of honor :)

It’s the new medium that Republicans just *own*. It’s useful and it’s great.

But it’s good. It’s good for networking and good for the movement.

‘information feed’ to my life but I have found it invaluable in networking w/conservative activists.

And the fact that even I was able to figure it out speaks to its simplicity (ok… ok…truth in advertising requires me to admit that LIO and Lady Penguin were of inestimable value in bringing me up to speed :-(

just not for me. You are building a brand and pushing a movement, there is nothing wrong with your being involved in the media of our time. My opinion is based on my personal choices, nothing more. We need new blood conservatives making a difference in the new media. The left ran this space during the Dean groundswell, Repubs looked out of touch. We need people on our side getting our views across.

You go there because that is where the people are.

As a matter of fact, I kinda mocked twits because I pictured a facebook for people who couldn’t think in longer sentences than 140 characters and spent their time telling people what they ate for dinner…until I tried it.

Holy cow it’s addicting. I suppose it depends on how you use it, but I follow fellow political junkies (and avoid the ones who get off into conversations about silly stuff not political in nature) and have been led to some magnificent articles.

The junkies I follow spend their entire day trolling the intertubes looking for great articles and linking them for me. What in the world did I ever do before the intertubes?

Hmm, may have to check that out. Sounds interesting. :D
