If you see an egregious troll, someone who’s just shoving pointy sticks under our nails instead of posting in good faith, and you have my email address (I know many of the regulars do, or know someone who does), don’t reply and call for a moderator. Just email me a link to the comment. I’m more likely to see it that way.
