Since noone knows who’s going to be the next Senator from Illinois, why not speculate on the Undenyable Awesomeness that could be Palin/Ditka 2012!!!!

See ol’ Dicky Durbin, democrat Illinois, proposed having a special election rather than having the imprisoned democrat governor appoint the next senator from his jail cell.  In this climate of democratic corruption a perfect storm in the form of a former super bowl winning coach may emerge to clean up the mess.  Mike Ditka Super Senator could run and win in the bluest of blue states.  Only a man capable of defeating the heavenly hosts at golf could win as a republican in Illinois.  Well true believers Mike Ditka Super Senator is just the man to run and win.

This incredible occurance is only step 1 in my ultimate fantasy, however, because even more ultimate awesomeness awaits America in 4 short years.  As Super Senator Mike Ditka raps up his 3 year in the Senate in which he filibustering for a record 1,095 straight days, he is chosen to be the VP pick of Sarah Palin…

It is at this point I can no longer fathom the unimaginable awesomeness of Super Conservatism in the form of the “Perfect Ticket”.  It is frankly like contemplating God.  I simply cannot grasp it.  Only by watching Sarah Palin and Coach Ditka through a burning bush could any of us be worthy.

Hey Rino’s I’m setting a trap for you. I’m also setting a trap for those intolerate towards civil unions. So I just need you to play along with just ONE assumption. Please just for this exercise buy my ONE assumption.

Homosexuality is genetic for some gays and can be tested for in utero.

Now assuming the above is true are pro-choice moderates still pro-choice? Are you strict conservative Christians still opposed to civil unions?

Think about it before you post. It can be a wonderfully postive development for all if my ONE ASSUMPTION turns out to be correct. This is how we social conservatives win on the pro-life point and how we Christians show our real compassion for the rights of gay Americans. It’s win win.

Where the hell are the successful moderate republican policies? Was Bush being conservative proposing No child left behind? How about prescription drugs? Was the Iraq war a conservative position or a neoconservative
position? Besides cutting taxes Bush and the GOP’s only conservative big ticket item was giving the social cons a couple of Supreme Court justices and that occured after nixing Harriet Myers. Even his faith-based initiative plan was not conservative. I guarantee Rev. Wright and some socialist religious groups got some of that money.

Let me point out that McModerate got the social cons by picking Palin. He lost the fiscal cons because Bush and Congress behaved like democrats. He lost the national security argument because Bush is trying to be Truman.
In the future Bush may be hailed for the neocon move of striking Iraq. He may turn out to be a visionary or Buckley and Buchannon may be right that conservatives don’t nation build. My guess is Bush was right to take Iraq and just ran the occupation poorly. Time will tell. Either way SOCIAL CONS did not lose the election for the GOP.

In addition consider this, Blacks and Latinos are down with the democrats view on national security and economic policy. THE ONLY THING THEY AGREE WITH THE GOP ON ARE THE SOCIAL ISSUES!!!!!!!!! So you moderates are advising that the GOP to give up on the only issues we can currently use to reach black and latino audiences. Social issues are the only things we’ve got that doesn’t require a massive effort in reeducating a group of folks who are
sold on the democratic viewpoint.

A moderate GOP is suicide. We lost on national security and the economy, meanwhile California voted to ban gay marriage. CALIFORNIA!!! I don’t know how you can with a straight face claim social cons are the reason the GOP is in trouble. It simply defies logic. You want to run pro-choice republicans that badly then find one that wants to reverse Roe v. Wade. Find me a States-Rights Pro-Choicer and run them in the Northeast. If you’re determined to blame the only thing that worked for McModerate for his loss then so be it, but please, please keep your beliefs in your own “progressive” states.

Oh and one more thing, would you mind just staying in your blue states. As industry and jobs continue to die in the blue states and you flood the red states in an effort to feed and raise a family it seems like many of you are bringing your “progressive” voting patterns with you. It may be worth considering that the reason many of the blue states you are fleeing from are dying might just be because of how you voted. Just saying.

Well it looks like the lefty media is slamming Joe Biden again for stupid statements. He keeps contridicting his running mate’s policies and making horrible gaffes that hurt Obama with moderates and those who can spell (Jobs is a 3 letter word?)….ohh wait they didn’t…

But hey with our brilliant intellectuals like Noonan, ol’ McDonald we’ve got a healthy stream of faux thoughtful criticism. Thanks a lot. You’ve got the most popular conservative woman since Thatcher, but she’s not good enough. I’ve got more faith in Sarah Palin and Joe the plumber to run this country than 90% of our current politicians. No kidding. Palin and Joe the plumber would run the country better than 90% of every federal, state, and local politician.

So all these thoughtful conservative women can just stick it. Sarah is more accomplished than them, more likeable than them, a better mother than them, and better looking than them, and THAT’S the reason they hate her. They are catty jealous insiders and they need attention. It is one of the worst flaws of women generally to tear each other down and I’m sorry you girls you lost to the Prom queen. Only this time she didn’t get fat and stupid after graduation she got it all.

I’m sorry she can do it all and you couldn’t, but since we’ve got like 3 weeks left could you put away the claws till after the election. Then you can get back to calling her fat and whispering that her shoes don’t match her blouse. I literally hate our intelligentsia now.

We stand on the brink of total defeat in Washington. No President, no filibuster in Congress, and a group of young liberals to replace the old liberals on the Supreme Court. All the struggles and successes of Reagan and Gingrich wasted and compromised by another Bush. Another attempt at bi-post-polypartisanship has given us a government run into the ground. Bush’s 2nd term destroyed our brand and we are left in exile.

Now what?

After watching the bailout I wonder did we learn anything from 2006?

Without the complication of actual governance maybe we will return to “First Principles”. We do after all have great ideas about how to improve America. It’s just a shame so many of our ideas are never made into reality by our politicians.

It doesn’t look like the American people will bailout the GOP this time, and can you really blame them? In your heart of hearts after giving out free drugs, screwing up the war by not kicking a$$, going for amnesty, straight and gay sex scandles, and a housing bailout is the GOP even conservative anymore???

I knew the world had gone mad when my Dem. Senator voted against the bailout while my GOP Senator voted for it.

I just pray that this defeat will teach the GOP that conservatism wins not compromise. I also pray that Sarah Palin goes RINO hunting in 2012 and Bobby Jindal makes them into gumbo.
