[POLL] Should anyone be given amnesty?
By: Bethany (Diary) | June 18th at 09:04 PM |
Given President Obama’s recent decision to once again overlook the checks and balances here in America, what do you think: Should amnesty be granted to certain people, or should everyone have to go through the same citizenship process? Should illegals who are minors or who meet “certain criteria” be granted amnesty?

“When The Mission is Complete.”
By: Bethany (Diary) | June 14th at 07:37 PM |
What do you think of when you see Old Glory? Do you see brave young soldiers fighting on battlefields; second-graders with hands on their hearts as they pledge allegiance to the flag; or the loving, prideful looks veterans give it every time they pass? All of these things are perfect depictions of the flag and the freedom it represents. “When the mission is complete” is | Read More »

Florida is a key state in every Presidential election; sometimes even the most important swing state, as we saw in the 2000 election when Florida ultimately decided the outcome. Now, a legal showdown is coming between the state of Florida and the Federal government. Why? Because Florida has a problem with allowing dead people and non-citizens to vote. Excuse me for only believing in voting | Read More »

“When You Find Yourself in a Hole, It’s a Good Idea to Stop Digging.”
By: Bethany (Diary) | June 10th at 12:22 AM |
This weekend I attended Congressman Allen West’s official campaign kickoff. The atmosphere in that room was incredible! It was standing room only– and people were more than happy to crowd in as much as they could. Congressman West is one of few politicians with such avid supporters. Personally, the Congressman has become one of my biggest inspirations; I love his off-the-cuff style and that he | Read More »
Our Problem With Money
By: Bethany (Diary) | June 5th at 10:51 PM |
Yes, I think it’s fair to say that our government has a problem with money. It either loathes money and sets out to dispose of it as quickly as possible or loves money so much that it can’t get enough of it– or both. How is it that the most prosperous nation in the world can be approaching $16 trillion of debt? And the number rapidly increases as | Read More »

The Last Full Measure of Devotion
By: Bethany (Diary) | May 27th at 09:13 PM |
Names like Gettysburg, Iwo Jima, and Arlington will forever be remembered as the final resting places for thousands of American heroes. Those who gave the “last full measure of devotion” for their country truly are heroes– even better than the ones in comic books and fairytales, because these are the real kind. Our soldiers are the foundation of what keeps America strong. They and their | Read More »
