The Christian Citizen part two: Christian obligations as a citizen.
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | November 3rd at 03:54 PM |
A couple weeks ago as I sat in my church’s video control room during the singing part of the service I picked up a copy of the November issue of the Baptist Bible Tribune, the magazine for the Baptist Bible Fellowship International, as its cover drew my attention. On its cover were the words “O give thanks unto the Lord” with a qoute from John | Read More »
Do average people understand Joe Wurzelbacher?
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | October 16th at 10:02 AM |
Being a small business owner this subject is close to my heart and I wonder aloud if people truly understand what it means what happens. Lets face it, most people just go to work, do their job and then come home. Sure, they get taxed on their pay stub and some might even look at whats being taken from the pay stub, but do people | Read More »
Secret Service: “kill him” crowd jeer allegation unfounded.
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | October 16th at 09:16 AM |
I am all sure we read the stories in the media about someone yelling in a recent McCain – Palin rally about some knott head in the crowd yelling “kill him” as Sarah Palin was speaking about Senator Obama’s ties to bill Ayres. The Timesleader (local newspaper in Northeastern Pennsylvania) is now reporting that the Secret Service is calling that allegation “unfounded.” Agent Bill Slavoski | Read More »
Economic crisis proves who is truly fit to lead.
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | September 26th at 09:58 AM |
My personal thoughts this morning revolve around Senator Obama’s failed ability to lead given the situation he is in. For all the talk about bringing people together and striking a bipartisan tone, Barack Obama failed miserably yesterday. The Paulson package failed miserably not because of any “stunt” pulled by John McCain or the House Republican conference, but because Democrats failed to listen.
AP: We’re above the law.

If media elites wonder many of us “common folk” take much of what we read, watch or hear with skepticism one might look no further than the actions taken by the Associated Press after the hacking of Sarah Palin’s personal email account.
Goldberg pwns Washington Post in 30 seconds.
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | September 9th at 01:48 PM |
I am sure some media talking heads today want to discuss the Washington Post story which implies wrong doing on the part of Sarah Palin alledgedly charging the state of Alaska with per diem charges for staying at home. After 30 seconds of google searching, Goldberg found the Alaska Administrative Manual. Big deal, right? In reality it is.
Larry Kudlow: There’s Something Missing in St. Paul
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | September 4th at 12:00 PM |
Larry Kudlow nails it, again. As much as I love Palin’s speech Kudlow correctly points out that it failed to connect our current economic slump to rising energy costs which are as a direct result of failed Democrat policy. In fact, Democrats want higher energy prices and seek to tax our companies through cap and trade which would crush our economy.
So what about Bristol Palin?
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | September 1st at 11:48 PM |
A number of people emailed and call me about Bristol Palin today wanting to know my view about how the matter, so here it is: I would start by noting that the media at large decided to pick up the story based upon lies started from a democrat website. The implication was that the Trig, Palin’s, youngest child was in all actuality Bristol’s. Of course | Read More »
Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin on energy policy.
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | August 30th at 07:48 PM |
If anyone was paying attention to Senator Obama’s speech the other night (or interview here in Southwest Missouri) where he said they were going to spend $150 billion on “green technology” in addition to a host of other environmental programs which are to “help America break from foreign dependency.” But how?
About that Sarah Palin investigation thing…
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | August 30th at 07:05 PM |
I am sure some of us heard from various media outlets yesterday that Sarah Palin was under investigation by the Alaska state legislature, but few explained the why. Just a quote note that Palin is a relative unknown, inexperienced and under investigation. Real fair and in-depth reporting, eh?
Washington Post vote database: Barack Obama voted with party 96%.
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | August 28th at 11:02 AM |
I firmly agree with Jim Geraghty that Republicans must hammer Senator Barack Obama’s voting record while in Congress and note that he is anything but a uniter. In fact, according to the Washington Post vote database, Senator Obama voted with his party 96% of the time he was present. Compare that to John McCain’s record of voting with his party 88% of the time. The | Read More »
ABC News producer arrested taking pictures of Democrat donors, senators.
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | August 27th at 04:56 PM |
Ah yes, freedom of the press. Grand isnt it? Unless you happen to be a reporter taking pictures of “big” Democrat donors and senators meeting at a hotel in Denver during their convention. ABC News producer Asa Eslocker was arrested today outside the Brown Palace Hotel while doing investigative reporting on corperate lobbyist and political conventions.
Kudlow interview makes convincing case for Sarah Palin as Vice Presidential candidate.
By: Paul Seale (Diary) | August 1st at 04:45 PM |
I must admit that my head is in a tail spin regarding who McCain should select as vice presidential candidate. Really. I think Romney would be an inherently bad choice given what both what he said about Mike Huckabee during the campaign (and that counts here in fly over country) and McCain. In fact I am fairly confident that most people I talk to in | Read More »
