It doesn't happen they are political guru's and there employers make mistakes they do not!

Barak Obama is lying when he says he did not discuss that Senate seat and NO ONE believes him. I have heard it all over talk radio this morning. Dem's calling in to the shows saying they don't believe him. FUNNY!

I wonder if Fitz will take notice. Probably not. After all, Axelrod wasn't under oath.

Yes ... many years in Chicago and environs studying and participating in Chicago/Illinois politics.

It is silly (if not stupid) to claim that a former Illinois State Rep. and current US Senator from Illinois had nothing to say about his replacement to the current Governor. Obama should just come out and say "Hey ... I and my staff talked with the Governor and his staff ... we made suggestions, but even he stated that we weren't going to give him any money. What he did on his own dime (or those of others) is not our concern."

Obama might add: "If Governor Blagojevich joins Governor Ryan as a guest of the Federal Government in Terre Haute, so be it."

Fitzgerald was appointed as US Attorney by GW Bush ... despite Democrat hopes, he found nothing against Bush or Cheney, much as he had helped indict Governor Ryan (R).

Axelrod is a political guy ... it's his job to lie. But who cares? Fitzgerald will get indictments ... Axelrod should hide. The Illinois Democrats gave us the gift of an election, not an appointment.

As someone who moved from Chicago to DC -- it always warms my heart to hear about IL.

Both sides are terrible in IL.
