Why ruin a great presentation by Dr. Rice unveiling the statue in London of Ronaldo Magnus?

Don’t think Dr. Rice is even seeking the GOP nod. We don’t know any of her positions on critical domestic issues of the day. What did Dr. Rice do, to aggressively and pro-actively advance US foreign policy during her tenure as SoS? Not much, she mostly maintained a limp wristed go along, get along policy of years past as dictated by the State Department Internationalist Pansies.
