A friend of mine worked for the Narcotics Unit in the Greenville SC sheriffs department and one of their main rules was never allow an illegal substance get away from their control. Day after day these men and women posed as buyers and as dealers both selling and purchasing drugs from the criminal world. They lived on the edge and worked in constantly dangerous conditions but they never allowed the drugs they seized or sold get away from them. They knew if the cocaine, heroin, meth, etc that they sold to users made it out of the guarded area, they would not only be liable for the loss of the drugs, but any damage that came as a result of the suspect consuming the drugs. This was a policy that had to be adhered to and failure to comply would result in disciplinary action being taken against the officer(s) involved in the loss.

Dealing semi automatic weapons to a group of people that place no value on human life is a much more dangerous game than selling a little smack to a wasted user. The potential for loss of human life or catastrophic damage or injury to innocent civilians is tremendous when dealing with assault weapons and much more care must be given to ensure the safe return of these weapons. This is a tenant that the Obama administration seemed to have forgotten.

Project Gunrunner and the Phoenix off-shoot, dubbed Fast and Furious, was the brainchild of the ATF and the Obama administration. The purpose of the sting was to catch and arrest “straw” buyers of these weapons before they could ship the purchased weapons to their contacts south of the border. In their brilliance, the leaders of this effort convinced local arms dealers to sell to these “straw” buyers forgoing the normal rules and regulations. The intent of the ATF and its fellow agents were to arrest the buyer prior to entering Mexico and seize the gun(s). Problem is, they failed many many times to arrest the suspect and seize the gun and instead let it walk right into the hands of these dangerous cartel members who in turned have used these weapons to end human lives.

When confronted about this growing scandal, President Obama conceded last week Fast and Furious may have been “a serious mistake,” but he claimed, “I did not authorize it; Eric Holder, the attorney general, did not authorize it. He’s been very clear that our policy is to catch gunrunners and put them into jail.” There is a wee bit of a problem with President Obama’s explanation of what happened and his denial that no one, including himself, authorized this action. According to Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, the ATF operates under DOJ, and two assistant U.S. attorneys in Phoenix authorized virtually every wiretap, affidavit and investigation conducted in Operation Fast and Furious. He has made it clear that there is no way Erik Holder would not only known about an operation this size, but would have had to approve it. Going on this fact, Rep. Issa concludes that it would also be a given that President Obama himself would have been briefed not only on the intended sting, but would have received updates on the progress and failures of the sting as well.

The saddest part of this entire mess is not the fact that Obama lied about his and Mr Holders knowledge about this operation, it is the fact that the lives of two of our own were ended by guns sold during the police sting. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent Jamie Zapata had their futures, their dreams, and their hopes extinguished by the failures of the Obama administration to keep absolute control over these guns. The lives of these two officers were ended by hitmen of the Mexican Cartel and we supplied the weapons. To top it off, no less than 150 other men and women have lost their lives as a direct result of the failure of President Obama and those he manages. These folks lost their lives because our country failed to monitor over 1700 guns, numerous AK-47s, and high-powered, armor-piercing .50-caliber rifles and not only sold them with prior knowledge that there intended destination was to be the hands of murderous Cartel members located south of our border, but also because they failed to do their job and seize them before them made it over the border.

This was a dismal failure by the very people we trust to protect us and was complete and absolute failure to observe rule number one of undercover police work, Never allow the material to escape your control. Now people have lost their lives because of these failures, at least two were citizens of this country and were officers of the law as well, and that number may increase considering these guns are still lost to us and in the hands of people who very much intend to use them to kill more people. One must ask, when will President Obama man up and take responsibility for what we already know is fully his fault. It is the only right thing he can do to this point, but no one hold their breath.

Everyone knows we have an idiot child as president. Only ones arguing with that fact are the sheep who support him. We all know he does not love this country nor does his “a horse is a horse of course of course” wife and these two have demonstrated their contempt so many times most of us have lost count. That being said, he is our president for a few more months and is commander in chief of our army. Until we are able to change those facts at the voter booth, we are stuck with the choices this country made.

We are currently engaged in a military action in Libya. Is it wrong or right, we all have our opinions on the matter. My own opinion is this: I have no problem with what we are doing and would even expand it to the point we send in our special forces with the sole purpose of killing Gaddafi. I would have no issue with strategic bombing of vital points inside the country or even a well placed bomb that takes out most if not all of the Libyan’s current government including their dictator. But hell, I think we should also do this is Iran, Venezuela, North Korea, and a few other hot spots across the globe. But I do not support our men and women hitting the shores risking their lives for that God forsaken wasteland. I can not justify in my own mind why our brave soldiers should die when I can find no true threat to our safety or a national interest that would excuse action in that country. What is even a better reason, or a better reason not to go in, is who would replace the current regime if we were to topple it and would they actually pose a threat to our safety.

All that being said, we on the right must set the example in this matter. For eight years we watched the left commit treason, trash our president in ways that went far beyond what would be considered acceptable dissent, and watched as they trashed our brave warriors for no other reason than they did not like that Bush was president and hated all that was conservative. We all saw the videos where scumbag members of Code Pink hit our troops, spit at our troops, called then names that would make the vilest sailor blush and there was little we could do legally. We sat and watched as American citizens went to hostile countries, sat with the leaders of said countries, and slammed our country, our leaders, and our troops. The vile that rose from the left was sickening, but we did nothing about it because as much as we hated their actions we loved our constitution and the rights it gave to these scumbags.

Now we have a democrat in as president. He will not be in that seat much longer, but until he is gone, we must be different. It is not Obama or us who will be putting themselves in harms way during this action or should it get worse, it is our brave men and women in uniform that will take up that cause. Being a soldier in battle is as lonely and dangerous as it gets and when our military has to hear that their own country, their own people are turning out in force against them, it cuts to the quick. It leaves them feeling betrayed, abandoned, vilified, and makes them question why they do what they do. The left take pride in doing this to our troops, we must act in a complete opposite manner. No matter our opinion on Obama or this military action, lets not forget who must pay the price when war is waged. Lets not forget the men and women who face death all alone for us all while leaving all they know behind. Speak out against the war if you must, but always speak in favor of the men and women doing the dirty work. Lets not be a part of the leftist mentality and lets not bring our troops home to a new Vietnam all because of our feelings for Obama and his policy.

Collateral Murder was a video leaked to WikiLeaks by Private Bradley Manning which eventually led to multiple charges being levied against him including treason. Most are quite aware of the drama surrounding not only Private Manning, but WikiLeaks as well. But what many may not know is that in the aftermath of his arrest, just how many of our fellow Americans have come to support not only him, but his treason as well.

American woke up to news that WikiLeaks was going to display proof positive of a military cover up of its assassination of not only unarmed civilians and children, but two Reuter Reporters as well. As the video was put up on the site, public outrage began and raised in volume. The problem though was the the video provided by WikiLeaks was an edited version that was intended to deceive its viewers into believing an unwarranted attack occurred and that a cover up ensued. Even after being confronted, WikiLeaks and its head officer refused to release the entire video and stood by its assertions that the video they provided accurately depicted the events that occurred that day. Here is their original video in its edited version.

Now if you watch this edited version and put your faith in Wikileaks, you may be driven to anger against our government and would also find your support going out to Private Manning. But the problem is multi-fold in that the video does not accurately show the full events of that day, fail to show a part of the video where small arms are clearly seen, that these “innocent civilians” were clearly in the act of attacking our forces, and that full authorization to attack was given only after all criteria under ROE were met. While it is a shame that two Reuter reporters were killed in this action, they made the choice to join this group of enemy combatants hence they took the chance that this very thing would happen. What is even more sad is that children were seriously injured in this attack, but again, the enemy chose to bring their children to the battle and they were hidden from the attack pilots view, so the reality is that their injuries could not be avoided. Here is the full video of the attack and you will see not only the difference, but also how the pilots carefully made the decision to attack and had all reasonable reasons to do so.

But what has really burned by ass since all of this is the fact that so many Americans have chosen to side with the criminal traitor Private Manning. The most recent issue they have is with the treatment of Private Manning, more specifically, the fact that he is being kept in the nude and “forced” to stand at attention during the morning role call. As with the video, they fail to submit in any of their arguments the entire story. They fail to include as the reason for his nudity the fact that he told numerous officers and staff that he was going to kill himself. The policy at the detention center is to remove all possible material that could aid in the detained prisoners desire to kill themselves. This is not an uncommon practice and in fact in jails across the nation, prisoners who are deemed a risk to themselves have all articles of clothing removed and are put in solitary confinement. Add to this the fact that the detention center where Private Manning is held is a military facility with rules that require all prisoners to maintain military protocol, his treatment is no different that what would happen to any other military prisoner deemed to be a risk to themselves. But his supporters never allow facts to get in the way of their bleeding heart agenda. Thankfully for the rest of the population who love this country and do not support a soldier willing to risk lives just to get his 15 minutes of fame, the fools and society outcasts who spew their traitorous support for the poster boy of traitorous activity, their very essence precludes any sympathy from the rest of normal society and their cause and activities will not make a difference when he goes to trial and receives the punishment he earned.

As I stated above, thank God that it is these society outcasts that form the Manning support brigade. It always helps that their standing and absurdity do all the necessary damage to their own cause causing it to be rendered impotent without ever helping the one they want to help. As you will see in the picture proudly displayed by the head of Code Pink, not only are their numbers lacking, but it only contained the following people:

Far left: Crazy cat lady down who seemingly always is intoxicated on cheap wine, yet always has someone to talk to, herself.

Middle : That couple who always seems to have an opinion on everything far left, always shows up to any nutcase protest, and were the ones who were proudly displayed crying when Obama was elected as they screamed that the only ones against him were the racist white folk.

Right: These three only came because they were promised that after the protest they would receive some righteous chronic and a prescription to keep their supply filled. They are usually too high and too busy on the phone to ever make much noise.

Sitting: Well he did make it “Back to the Future” and had the time between research to give his support to this cause.

The reality is that these people are every bit the traitors that Private Manning is. There is no way an American loving person could ever put their support behind such trash who used his position to leak classified material that ultimately put not only our soldiers in danger, but the civilians of those countries in danger as well. No matter your political sway or how you view these wars, the actions of Private Manning are not OK, not acceptable, nor are they excusable. And to support such a piece of trash shows not only their lack of character, but their lack of allegiance to this country as well. It may be time to offer these American hating souls a one way ticket to the socialist country of their choice so that they can carry on their protest there surrounded by tons of people who share their views and hate of our country.

This is not a subject most conservatives want to discuss or even fall on the side of the first amendment in this matter, but it is a subject we must discuss and then chose a side, the right side. When people bring up the First Amendment, most of us assume the speech is offensive to some, is used to confront the government, or pertains to our everyday dissatisfaction with the way this country is headed. But few realize or want to realize that free speech applies to everyone and is there to ensure our voices can be heard regardless of what another thinks about what was said. But just as with every right, we can not hoard it or prohibit another from exercising their rights just because we do not care for their speech or we ourselves will lose our own rights.

Today the Supreme Court ruled against Albert Snyder in favor of the Westboro Church 8 to 1. The ruling, while expected, was not the way the majority of America wanted the case to be decided. We have all seen the so called church protesting our hero’s funerals and we have seen the vile they spew. I doubt a single person on this site,and so many others, have not had the urge to grab their keys, drive to the protest locations, and part a few members of this cult from their teeth. But the reality is, like it or not, they are protected and the Supreme Court ruled correctly. They ruled correctly and in doing so ensured we will be able to continue speaking out freely. We all want to be able to continue to stand up and speak out against anything we feel warranted to do so but in order to maintain our own rights, which do offend many, we must stand for the rights of those who offend us. To deny one their rights is to deny ourselves what we hold dear.

In the ruling Chief Justice John Roberts, who wrote for the majority, noted that the picketing was conducted in a lawful manner on public property and did not interfere with the service. He added that while the signs were hurtful to Snyder’s family, they mainly addressed issues of public concern, surrounding the church’s long-held beliefs on American morality, and were not strictly an attack on Snyder.

“Because this Nation has chosen to protect even hurtful speech on public issues to ensure that public debate is not stifled, Westboro must be shielded from tort liability for its picketing in this case,”

Chief Justice John Roberts will receive grief for this and will have his conservative credentials and ability to rule in an impartial way challenged by many even those on our own side. He and the remaining 7 justices who sided with the Westboro Church will be assailed by those who are unable to look past their own emotions in order to see just how justified the Court members were in defending the right we all hold dear. They were able to swallow the bile that must have rose in their throats and did what was needed to make sure yet another generation of Americans are able to speak freely even when one or more sides do not care for the message.

We as conservatives must do the same. We have to be on the forefront of the battle to protect the rights our constitution granted us. Each and every day, special interest groups and the left wage a war to end many if not most of our rights. They do not want us to own guns, because they do not like them and see no reason for you to own them. They are committed to the cause, and only our side stands in their way. But when it came to this first amendment battle many of us chose the wrong side and did so because of personal feelings, albeit justified feelings, and unwittingly assailed the very rights we are so committed to protect. Now that the court has ruled, we as conservatives must rethink the position so many of us took and go back to defending the rights of all, even the scum who call themselves Westboro Church. We must so that when our own rights are assailed upon, we have strong footing and a past history of doing the right thing even when it felt wrong.

Now before we delve into the absurdity that is the President’s claims, we first must remember that the proponents of the plan touted that its image was made from the Canadian version of Socialized medicine. Going on that fact, we know the president lied.

Case in point, as we shift our Delorean back to our current day and time, the oh so “great” Canadian plan gives us proof positive of the existence of the dreaded death panels, entities that will soon haunt our own dreams.

Imagine a young family, a blessed birth of a baby boy, disaster hits, the baby boy fights for sustaining life, parents who stand strong in their faith that their young child will survive for more time to come, only to have it ripped from their hearts by a panel who decides this child’s life is no longer worth the cost so they issue a ruling demanding the child’s breathing tube be removed so that he can suffocate in a most painful way. Sounds far out or impossible in civilized society, guess again. This is what just happened in our neighbor to the north, the place that had such a great health care plan our esteemed president felt it was worth copying.

The issue was not whether or not baby Joseph Maraachli was going to die as that was a given, the issue lay in the fact that the parents wanted the child to be afforded every opportunity to live and fight for life, and when death was imminent, to be afforded the right to die with dignity and at home with those who love him. But this was not to be all because a panel of number crunchers decided that this young child was not worth the cost. See this young child had not yet contributed to the tax coffer so he was not a priority. His worth was clearly defined, and in the eyes of the panel, it was not worth much. So with the flick of a pen, this child was doomed to an awful end all while his parents watch. The promise of health care for all would not extend to this young child nor the parents who have been promised more than they will receive. This child was expendable, a simple cost cutting measure, another victim of Canadian death panels. The parents were not asking for extended care or care that would not change the destiny of the child, they simply wanted a small hole cut into their son’s neck so that he could breath at their home till God called him home. But the panel decided this relatively low cost procedure was not worth the expenditure so they denied the request claiming pain would be an issue. But the reality is, if the pain would be to great to have a life sustaining hole cut, how is it better to die by suffocation? Will the sudden loss of oxygen somehow produce euphoria?

After great pressure from hundreds of people, even among our own country, the panel relented a tiny bit. The child will now be allowed to leave the hospital, but no tracheotomy will be performed. Once the breathing tubes are removed, suffocation will begin. The parents will watch as their son is murdered and will have only a few minutes to make it home so that their child, their heart, their very soul can die outside of the hospital months or maybe even years before it was his time. And this is what is coming to our country.

No matter the promises made by our president, his word is not worth poo on a steaming hot day. He once promised us that the controversial end of life counseling would not go into affect, yet already he backs up on his word. On Dec. 3, the Obama administration issued a new Medicare regulation detailing “voluntary advance care planning” that is to be included during patients’ annual checkups. The regulation aimed at the aged “may include advance directives to forgo aggressive life-sustaining treatment. Some may be fooled by this nonsense, but we must not be one of them. This plan is an aggressive move to push the elderly and sick among us to not ask or take life sustaining care when death is imminent. And by imminent I mean death is a-coming, not necessarily knocking. Now your grandfather or mine who is dealing with a disease such as parkinson’s or alzheimer’s will meet with a panel who will inform them of how they should be good comrades and no longer receive care to extend their life or manage the disease. They will be told that a good comrade would simply accept the disease and lay down allowing the sickness to end their costly existence. Under the counseling and death panel world we are all facing, life will be measured not by sanctity, but by cost and how much the person sick can contribute to the coffer and this should cause us all to quake in fear. But this is the new reality we will all face if the right people are not elected who will fight to end this depravity.

I myself face an uncertain future when it comes to my care. I have alzheimer’s and while my mornings are somewhat bright, by end of day I am no longer myself. My contributions to the tax fund ended years ago after nearly 50 years of paying in. I worry that the day is coming soon when my life will be judged by cost, not worth and I will be “asked” to forgo any further life sustaining care so that the state can save money. I worry that if and when this happens, my family will face the same anguished scenes baby Joseph’s family is now facing. They have met with the death panel and the life of their child will be squashed in front of their very eyes, I wonder if my family will soon see the same thing. i worry that my family will soon be the next victims of a panel Obama says does not exist nor will it every exist, a panel that Obama calls an extraordinary lie yet it is not the panel that is the lie, it is Obama who is the liar.

What a weekend, fights, football, and a lengthy rest at the Ranch in Boyd Texas. For the first time in many years, I feel refreshed, renewed, and ready to face the mouse race all over again. The flight home was nice, a few drinks served by a very nice looking young lady, a little conversation with a professor at the University of South Carolina, and the fact my wife was not there to repeatedly tell me not to eat the red meat just added to the luxury of the flight. My son won, I was able to see the Steelers go down in flames, it was a good extended weekend. That was until I got home and read the news of the AOL deal.

The NFL decided to celebrate the life of the late president Ronald Reagan. Now while I am not sure if what we saw at the game was the same thing shown to television viewers, I can safely say that the NFL did a good job honoring the man who may go down as one of our greatest presidents. As I sat in my seat with my brother, I watched as all the eyes around me focused in on what could be the biggest screen in all of football. As the short documentary played, no one talked, eyes filled with tears, people took hold of other hands, in short, honor was given. It was a great moment of respect for a man who brought this country together in prosperity and policy. At the close of the short piece, people rose to their feet and clapped. Not just a quick courtesy clap like Christina Aguilera received after she destroyed our National Anthem, it was a resounding clap worthy of the man who was being honored.

When I got home and looked though the latest news, I saw the story of where AOL had bought Huffington Post for millions of dollars. Now while I do not begrudge Arianna of her windfall earnings, I do have to wonder what makes an internet provider/news site want to own a site that spews such horrible rhetoric about a man who was not only a President of this country, but who has also passed on. And this is not the first time posters, editors, and others on the site have shown themselves to be classless jerks willing to spew vile rhetoric on those they do not like or agree with. Since the inception of this liberal site, many a person and their families have had their names dragged through the mud by the members of this site. They have been told to die, rot in hell, get a fatal disease, and other similar and even worse type of speech just because they are not liberal/progressive, not liberal/progressive enough, disagree with liberal/progressive beliefs, or just because they are republican. They have seen the same type of hateful rhetoric targeted against their family and even their children. Even while Huffington Post tried to reinvent the site into a “news” site, the vile, hateful, and even criminal rhetoric continued and even increased.

As I surfed through the stories on many sites, liberal and conservative alike, the glaring differences were stark. On the republican side, Reagan was honored, but for the most part, not deified. This was to be expected due to Reagan being an icon of our party and our principles. While one would expect the other side to not support Reagan policies, one would expect them to treat the deceased with a little respect, but this was not to be. They attacked him personally, wished him an eternity of suffering in hell, prayed for his eternal damnation, and so much more. These are just a few of the comments left on the 100th birthday of our 40th president. Fair warning, many of these posts are not safe for work or for small children and come from both Huffington Post and from Daily Kos.

All of this comes from the side that loves to tell us and the world how hateful we are, how peaceful they are, how inclusive they are of different views, etc. The level of disrespect the left is willing to stoop to is very telling. Most on here and on the many conservative sites would quickly tell the world just how bad of a president Jimmy Carter was. We will tell you he very well may be the worst president outside of Obama, but when he dies, I doubt very many will celebrate his death, wish him eternal suffering, attack his kids and wife, and those who chose to go down that path would most likely be dealt with harshly and quickly. We just do not act this way no matter who the person is or what they have done. While we may not respect the person or the policy, we do respect the families of those who are or were in office and we absolutely respect the leaders who have died. So why did AOL decide to purchase Huffington Post, who knows. But the one thing I am sure of is that this purchase was not a good purchase. It may net AOL money for a season, but it will lose them the little support a majority of this country may have given them. We have our problems on this side, but we are quite respectful to the memory of Ronald Reagan, we do not care for the nastiness coming from the left, and we will not give our hard earned dollars to a company that involves themselves in the kind of trash that inhabits Huffington Post and Daily Kos. The best thing AOL can hope for now is that the left supports them enough to justify the over 300 million they paid for this scumbag site as they will not receive any support from us. And we all remember how well the left supports their own after the collapse of the flagship liberal radio show, Air America. I wonder how long it will be before AOL realizes the mistake they have made buying a trashy liberal site and they attempt to reinvent the site to more resemble a true news site or a more conservative site. Every day we see the abysmal actions of our fellow man. Not a day passes that we do not hear about some child turning up missing, being raped, or being killed. We hear about yet another young American being killed fighting for our freedoms. We hear the story of these brave warriors returning home with their lives forever changed due to some horrible wound they received in battle. We hear the story of an entire family being killed by an intruder or even by their own father or mother. Evil is all around us and even has affected many of us.

What makes things worse is that there is more than enough atrocities occurring in life, yet we have to worry about our very way of life which is under attack from our very own president and his fellow democrats. Every day, we hear yet another decision that scares us and makes us question how our lives will be affected this time. We hear about the destruction of viable human babies with scissors at the hands of the very one trained to save lives.

The reality we all live in is one of fear. The loss of so many of our freedoms has shown us that nothing we hold dear cannot be attacked. Jobs, good jobs have become sparse and if the current trend continues, will become even more sparse. When you see figures that show the debt that your unborn great great great grandchildren are already responsible for is more than many make in two years, fear for their future is overwhelming. When we watch our president bow to those who want to see us destroyed, one must question how our future will look. As we watch our elected representatives keep making decisions that go against what the majority want and even more importantly, go against even the most basic of fiscal sense, we all must worry will this country be able to stand in the coming years.

Life in America today is scary, very scary. We are are surrounded by the enemy and the enemy is our own countrymen. We live around those who call themselves American yet want to end American as we know it today. They desire communism, socialism, euthanasia, they want to take from the rich to enrich themselves, and they want to drive us into the sea. We are living in times where war is common, atrocities no longer shock our numb souls. We would be fools to not worry about the deliberate direction our leaders are taking our country in and how our way of life is under constant attack. But there is a promise we can all hold on to in these very troubled times.

While Christ never promised us a Utopian society free from all evil or an existence free from fear, what he did promise us is a God given Peace during the storm if we just ask for it. He made it clear that no matter what is done or what is coming, his hands are in control. He promised that no matter how hard it gets, he is there with us carrying us through the desert. Christ made it clear that it is not man who controls the end, it is him. No matter how powerful Obama thinks himself to be, he is simply being allowed, for a season, the ability to do is damage. But even during this season of damage, it is Christ who uses the evil to bring glory to his name. It is Christ who takes these bad decisions and evil that surrounds us and turns it into positive.

But for us to find peace in these troubled times, there must be action on our part. First and foremost, we must seek the hand of God in our lives and ask for his protection and peace. While God is always there for us, it is us who must be willing to accept what he has for us. We must turn from our own will and hand it over to God knowing he is in control and has a perfect plan. When we read stories about the horrible evil man does to each other, while it is tough to see how good can come from it, we must trust in the Almighty and his promises. And when we see the deliberate attempts from our government to take all we hold dear away, again, we must look towards the one who is actually in charge and understand it is all in his hands. But the second part is just about as important as the first. We must not lay down and expect God to take care of all that needs to be taken care of. God gives us all our own talents, puts each of us in a place where we can change one thing at a time, and gives us the desire to become involved in changing the hearts of man. We have to recognize that while God is in control, he expects us to be involved in doing the right thing. We must get involved in politics, in voting, in running for office, in making the calls to the police that help catch the offender, etc. We can find peace in the troubled times but we must also find the God given strength to get out in our environment and do what is needed to make the changes that will save our country for future generations.

God is ready to grant us peace if we are willing to be still and seek him out. But he is also ready to grant us the strength needed to take on those who are standing against us but only if we seek his help.

Since the infamous Roe vs Wade decision, our country has gone into the business of killing human beings. To date, over 30 million innocents have been butchered all in the name of choice. I could put up the numerous videos and pictures depicting this atrocity, but we have all seen them. Those of us with any morals recognize the genocide that has occurred in this country and the stain it has left.

Over the many years since the decision, we have all heard about the doctors who have broken the laws governing abortion. We have seen the doctors who enrich themselves by killing the unborn and breaking the law all while they proclaim their absolute respect for life and the choice all people should have to dictate their own existence. Once again, of of these great “protectors” of life, free choice, followers of the Hippocratic Oath shows they are nothing more than brutal killers only interested in the money they can earn from the blood of their fellow human beings. The awful thing is that this is not an isolated case, it happens all the time. Doctors across the country are accused, fined, jailed for performing illegal abortions. We all remember the doctor just killed who was accused of doing the very same thing. We have all heard the horror stories about how babies who are born alive are left to die in a dark cold room or snuffed out by the doctor on duty. We even had our “esteemed’ leader propose legislation that would require the termination of any baby born alive so that the wishes of the “property owner’ were fulfilled.

Now we have the case of Philadelphia Abortion Doctor, Kermit Gosnell, who has been arrested for the murder of a patient and seven viable babies.This is a doctor who preyed upon, I mean catered to, the poor and minority segment of Philadelphia for the last 30 years. He made millions upon millions killing the children of this city all while breaking the law. Numerous complaints were made since 1993, yet every single one was ignored. He simply continue on with his murder and complete disregard for the law. But this time he took it too far and sadly, it took the death of an adult patient to make the law take notice.

Dr Gosnell, will face charges for the death of a 41 year old patient whom he over prescribed anesthetics to. This led to a raid of his office where evidence was found as to the murders of no less than seven babies. Authorities have stated that Dr Gosnell would cause the death of these babies who were in the final trimester, by stabbing and cutting into the back of their necks with scissors causing the spinal cord to be severed. Not only is this illegal, this is atrocious and lacks any human decency. The question being asked now is how many more over the last 30 years have met their end at the hand of this doctor. But the more pressing question is why, after so many complaints, a previous death, and numerous malpractice lawsuits was this doctor not investigated prior to the last death. Had one person taken the time to look into the action of this clinic and its employees. how many young lives could have been saved from being ended by a stab to the back of their neck.

We face a moral precipice in this country right now and this case must be the catalyst to change. We have butchered over 30 million in this country alone in the last nearly forty years and unless we step up and say enough is enough, we will continue to wipe out millions of lives all in the name of choice. While the actions of this doctor are deplorable, it is not an isolated case nor is the termination of viable babies the only travesty being committed here. Whether or not it be in the first trimester or the last, to kill the life of a human just because you can is wrong and it needs to be stopped no matter the cost. We must see these so called doctors for who they are, and that is murderous scumbags. Nothing more, nothing less. They have enriched themselves on the killing of humans and their revenue line must be cut off if we are to continue to call ourselves civilized society. We must take a stand or we are as guilty as they are. We must start protecting the lives of our most innocent and helpless if we want to continue to look in the mirror without shame.

Hippocratic Oath:

Now, since so many doctors did not want to swear an oath that defined the sanctity of life, when it began, and how early it was recognized, in 1964, a new and watered down version began to be used. But even with its less than stellar wording, life and the right to life were recognized.

Stabbing a baby, a human baby in the back of the neck in order to snap the spinal cord is disgusting no matter who performed the action. For a doctor, one who is sworn to protect life, to heal, to help, makes the act even more atrocious. But add in the fact it was done for a dollar, I will say that Hell will be awful hot when their own end is met.

This is the new goal of the leftist regime in Berkeley California. Lets set aside any argument on whether this lifestyle should be accepted or condoned, lets simply look at how absurd this proposal is.

Currently California is facing a 14 billion dollar deficit which is more than any other state in the nation. This number represents the actual shortage facing the state to operate at its current level. If you actually dug just a little deeper and looked at needed budgets from the entire state and the already adjusted budgets that were actually submitted, the deficit increases many times over. Out of all the states in the union, CA is the closest to absolute collapse and bankruptcy.

The California voters staged a coup several years ago by recalling the sitting Governor, Gray Davis. Davis came into office with a budget surplus but yielded to a spend crazy legislature and the state ran up massive deficits. As a result, Davis was dumped and was replaced by Arnold Schwarzenegger in order to restore fiscal discipline to the state. Problem is, he failed. Under Gov Schwarzenegger, General Fund Spending increased over 44%. This increase was not backed up by increased revenue, which quickly led to major deficit issues.

California was one of the states to have an increase each year in the average income. Problem is, each year spending was more than the increased tax yield. Currently, California is spending between 400 and 600 million dollars more each month than they take in from taxes and other revenue. The 14 billion dollar deficit is projected to double in the next few years if spending is not drastically cut or taxes are raised so high that it would cause most of the middle class to fall into poverty the moment the ink is dried on the tax increase.

So what do the progressive leaders in California do, they decide to push for a resolution that would allow for tax money to be used for sex change operations for any city worker. Now some may ask why is this an issue for all of California when it is Berkeley that is trying to pass the resolution. The answer is quite easy.

If this ignorance passes in Berkeley, other cities across the state will demand the same treatment. When refused, the town, city, or county will face litigation from the employee, the union, and every other liberal group out there that promotes the gay lifestyle. Now other states in California will not only face the tens of thousands of dollars it cost to perform this surgery per person, it will face astronomical cost from defending the themselves from the numerous lawsuits. The reality is, most of the areas will simply buckle and pass their own resolution once the first lawsuit is filed. Another issue that will cause problems will be the influx of applicants looking to secure a government job long enough to have the surgery which they could not afford otherwise. The different government organizations will become revolving doors of cost and pandering employees.

The most telling thing about this absurdity is the liberals who have somehow found the intelligence to know this is a very bad idea and have started to speak out. City Manager, an extreme liberal, filed a report denouncing the proposal and stated that the city has unfunded liabilities — including pension funds, workers’ compensation and vacation payouts — totaling as much as $252 million. The City auditor Anne Marie Hogan, who authored the report, cautioned that employee benefits for the city’s 1,500 workers represent a rapidly increasing cost to Berkeley and that measures must immediately be taken to lower these expenditures.

Former Berkeley Zoning Commisioner and current attorney had this to say,

“My neighborhood has severe infrastructure issues, so to pay for someone else’s sex change surgery is a bit off the charts,”

“Berkeley cannot do what every individual wants; it must act as the major government of a city. Its major obligation should not be to people who work for the city, but to the people who pay taxes.”

The absurdity of this proposal is breathtaking. In a state where debt is increasing mutilfold every second, jobs are being loss as quickly as the sand on their beaches, and in these troubling times, it has to take a complete moron or morons to think this is a good idea. Even in the best of times, this whole idea is absurd, but in these times, it borders on criminal. Spending 20,000 dollars of tax payer money so that some other person can change their sex is not what any founding father envisioned tax dollars being spent on. This is an absurdity that must be stopped, not only for the sake of common sense, but for the sake of the state of California. But I am not holding my breath, this is the state that keeps on giving us the two most liberal witches in Congress.

Maybe we should just ignore this nonsense and just let them implode. Then we can look back and laugh that sex changes paid for by the working stiff was just the icing on the cake in the progressive experiment that utterly failed.
