In 2009, America installed the Obama program. Unfortunately, it seems to have major programming flaws or is malware. Some time ago the Obama administration introduced the world to a new policy doctrine branded “Leading from Behind.” It’s unclear exactly what is meant by this seemingly contradictory phrase.
