At some point America is going to have to put aside political correctness and get real when it comes to the War on Terror.

Singling out passengers at random for secondary screening at airports is a foolish and politically correct security procedure. It doesn’t actually make us safer it just makes it look like it’s making us safer.

Let’s stop pretending the little old lady or the little boy in the stroller could potentially be a threat. Let’s instead focus on the people who’ve sworn to kill us — Muslims.

Yes, it’s discriminatory. Yes, it’s unfair. Yes, I realize not all Muslims are terrorists. But, I also realize that pretty much every terrorist is a Muslim (at least in recent memory).

You cannot screen only Arabs or Persians, because radical Africans also want to kill us. However, the one thing all of these people have in common is Islam.

If Catholics were rampaging around the world knocking down buildings and blowing themselves and airliners up, I would advocate for the screening of Catholics.

If Buddhist Monks began a terror wave around the world, I would advocate screening for Buddhist Monks.

It isn’t fair and it isn’t pretty, but it’s very necessary. “Profiling” is another word for keeping us safe.

When you board an aircraft, it’s fanatical Muslims you’re worried about. Not the Christian Nigerians or the Japanese Catholics. You don’t worry if the two Mormons sitting over the plane’s fuel tanks are plotting something nefarious.

We have to stop worrying about people’s feelings and start worrying about the people who want to kill us, and those people are Muslims.

Yes, you’re probably a law abiding Muslim. Sadly, there are some who use your religion to commit mass murder around the world, particularly using aircraft. So, if you’ll step right over here we can get this secondary screening over with and you can be on your way.

Sen. Ben Nelson appears to be the lone Democrat refusing to go along with ObamaCare, unless language is added that would prevent the federal funding of abortion. Obama can’t afford to outrage his radical left base any further and therefore cannot insert such language.

With no other way out, the Obama administration has quietly informed Sen. Nelson that if he does not support the health care bill, they will close Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska.

Offutt is vital to our national security and one of the most technologically advanced bases in the country. Moreover, it employees more than 10,000 people.

That means The White House is willing to add 10,000 people to the unemployment lines, destroy our national security, and wreck Nebraska’s economy to get Ben Nelson’s vote.

Sounds like some gangster shit to me. Nelson should call a press conference and tell the American people that President Obama and his cronies are engaged in high crimes. They are attempting to extort his vote for health care reform. It blows my mind that Nelson would take these threats lying down. Doesn’t the man have any principles?

So what if the left smears him, that’s what the left does. The American people have a right to know that a Chicago gangster lives at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

This health care bill is a disaster. It’s a horrific piece of legislation that is going to destroy our health care system and bankrupt the nation. The fact that the administration has to resort to threats and extortion to get it passed speaks volumes about the bill itself.

Whenever a popular figure such as Tiger Woods is caught in a public scandal involving alleged marital infidelity, many people (women in particular) are quick to attack the mistresses. They are called “homewreckers,” “whores,” “sluts,” “trash,” and every other name you can think of.

Maybe the women are all of those things or maybe none of them. However, I think it is at the very least disingenuous to attack the mistresses.

The blame for what happened to Tiger Woods belongs to Tiger Woods and no one else, especially not the women he slept with.

It’s laughable when I hear female pundits sanctimoniously declare on national television that they would NEVER do such a thing. They call the mistresses “trash” and feign outrage that these women would knowingly sleep with a married father of two.

It’s easy for highly educated women with careers and fat salaries to make such declarations. If these same women woke up one morning and found themselves in their mid-20’s (or older), a high school diploma on the wall, working as a cocktail waitress — they’d be singing a different tune.

Someone in that situation being given the opportunity to sleep with a billionaire superstar athlete is like hitting the lottery. Opportunities like that are rare and should be seized upon.

Maybe said athlete is only interested in a one night stand and you’ll never see him again. But what if said athlete likes you and wants to have a relationship? What if he puts you in touch with a buddy of his that can help you launch the career you’ve always dreamed of?

Worst case scenario, the relationship becomes public and you sell your story for a $1 million dollars. Either way, you’re not a cocktail waitress anymore making $6 an hour.

The women Tiger slept with should be held least responsible. Tiger made the choice to cheat on his beautiful wife and shame his family. Those women were simply seizing an opportunity that life threw their way.

Two of the women are reportedly getting big payoffs from Tiger, at least two are selling their stories for big $$$, and we don’t know about the others (minus the two porn stars).

That means at least four of the women have dramatically changed the course of their lives for the better due to their decision to sleep with Tiger Woods.

Good for them.
