When they lose an election they demand a recount. When they lose an election and a major policy battle they demand a recall etc.

So here the Supreme Court is in their way so their tactic is to politicize the court and reduce it to the level of just another bunch of evil conservatives.

Its a variation of the old joke : Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
