To All the Republican Senators:

Your attempts to ‘work with’ the current stimulus bill need some serious rethinking.  Senator McConnell has been quoted as saying the Republicans want to “amend the bill, not block it.”  

How do you amend socialism into something more acceptable without destroying the provisions in the Constitution?  

The argument here is not about how much to spend on whatever ‘jobs’ project you can find, it is about whether or not we fundamentally change American society and turn it into Europe: stagnant, government focused and highly taxed.  There really should be very little middle ground in this debate.
