Congressional Quarterly reports Jane Harman is on tape with a “suspected foreign agent” offering to use her influence on behalf of two AIPAC staffers under indictment for improperly using Defense information if the unnamed person she is talking to lobbied to get her appointed chairman of the House intelligence committee.
