Sen. Obama today failed to come up with any evidence of his touted "bipartisanship." The best he could do is to point out that after voting against confirming Justice Roberts, he defended the Democrats who voted for confirmation on Kos. So, opposing a highly qualified nominee to the Court for partisan reasons but understanding how some could support such a nominee is as bipartisan as it gets. This should also be a reminder that Obama passed up the opportunity to be part of the Gang of 14 that was a bipartisan effort to stop a logjam of partisanship. Obama preferred to side with the partisans on that as well.
Newsflash: Sen. Obama admits he has no bipartisanship in his record.
