To quote WWTDD (language and content warning), who is in turn quoting Will Ferrell as Alex Trebek the principal from Billy Madison:

What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Wow. Perhaps this is the result of too much testing? John? Joh-- ...Never mind.

There it doesn't matter what the question is - you are going to get in your talking points regardless of whether they have anything to do with the question at hand.

Billy Madison popped in my head instantly when I saw that the first time. To be fair, I can see that she did have a bit of a breakdown and completely jumbled her humanitarian answer and her education answer into one large nonsensical mess.

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
