I am really having a hard time with this. His Attorney General has no scruples; he seems to choose which laws he will allow, and which he will decide to enforce; after a year and a half!

Corruption is rampant and you keep giving Mister Obama space. You have allowed his

A G to choose which laws to enforce and which to allow. You have authority; if you will use it!

You are Congress; you have the authority to put a stop to this. His A G is laughing at you. They are making a mockery of the rule of law.

While you stand by and do nothing!

If we are fortunate enough to get another election; and if you continue to do nothing;

I assure youAmericawill change Congress.

You continue; except tea party newbie’s; continue to get poor revues; what are the chances you will be replaced?

An internationally-headquartered company, SCYTL, is now taking over online U.S. voting systems.
The company has previously faced questions about the security of its electronic voting technologies, which are now set to be deployed in 900 U.S. jurisdictions.
The firm already provides balloting for overseas U.S. military and civilian voting in nine states plus elections technologies in several districts.
Concerns have also been raised about SCYTL’s ties to the Spanish government and to international venture capital firms.
The Drudge Report yesterday ran a feature entitled, “Foreign company buys U.S. election results reporting firm.” The article documented that SCYTL, based in Barcelona, acquired 100% of SOE Software, the leading software provider of election management solutions in the United States.
The official press release announcing the acquisition noted that SCYTL is a portfolio company of leading international venture capital funds Nauta Capital, Balderton Capital and Spinnaker.

President Obama has even said he will VETO this bill when it gets to his office, BUT DON’T BE FOOLED, remember NDAA.  Obama wants DHS to have Cyber Security power, and trust me DHS will make sure sites like Teaparty.net are shut down under CISPA and labeled a Cyber Security Threat.

Obama’s State Department is giving away seven strategic, resource-laden Alaskan islands to the Russians. Yes, to the Putin regime in the Kremlin. … The seven endangered islands in the Arctic Ocean and Bering Sea include one the size of Rhode Island and Delaware combined. The Russians are also to get the tens of thousands of square miles of oil-rich seabeds surrounding the islands. The Department of Interior estimates billions of barrels of oil are at stake.

The State Department has undertaken the giveaway in the guise of a maritime boundary agreement between Alaska and Siberia. Astoundingly, our federal government itself drew the line to put these seven Alaskan islands on the Russian side. But as an executive agreement, it could be reversed with the stroke of a pen by President Obama or Secretary Clinton.

The agreement was negotiated in total secrecy. The state of Alaska was not allowed to participate in the negotiations, nor was the public given any opportunity for comment. This is despite the fact the Alaska Legislature has passed resolutions of opposition – but the State Department doesn’t seem to care.

In our society, we have had to resort to “collective bargaining” in order to achieve this in time gone by.

However, today we seem to have a problem with collective bargaining. It is not “cut and dried”. Some still need it, while others have created a situation where it seems to lead to … to be quite frank… laziness.

Save someone’s job by extending the labor of individuals; do a lesser amount of work in order to increase the time on a particular job.

“How many men are needed to lean on a shovel while on a DAVS BACON job”.

I have seen, and most other people have seen it also, where two and three people will be leaning on the shovels while several others “tell him what to do” (actually do nothing but lean).

Some jobs will take twice as long to complete, safely, early, and correctly.

Then there is the matter of bosses and workers.

In Florida last year, a company was on strike for the express purpose of punishing that company for not being unionozed.

The employees were being paid “scale” and the employees were treated better than unionized, however the UNION BOSSES tried to shut down the non unionized ones.

The strikers were paid ”SUBSISTANCE WAGES with NO BENEFITS” and denied anything else.

Union bosses? look how they trashed Wisconsins Capitol! Who is paying for that?  THE TAXPAYER! Not the bosses or people who trashed it. Where is the justice!?

Unions were needed once, but the collective bargaining needs to be curtailed a little.

 I hope everyone will think what martial law is like.

On March 16, President Obama without public notice unilaterally assumed dictatorial power over the entire country, issuing an Executive Order (“Executive Order—National Defense Resources Preparedness”) that would permit him in times of peace or war, in his sole discretion, to control all of the nation’s industry and resources for “purposes of national defense.”
Under Article I, Section 9, Clause 2, Congress has the exclusive power to suspend the writ of habeas corpus (the right of one to be released by a court from military or police custody) in “cases of rebellion or invasion” when “the public safety may require it.” Although not synonymous with martial law, which the Constitution never mentions by name, it is nevertheless clear that the Founding Fathers did not intend the President either to declare a state of war or to act independent of Congress to suspend the writ. Moreover, there is no executive power to impose blanket regulations over the economy independent of Congress, even in times of war. In this Executive Order, President Obama assumes that extraordinary power beyond the limits of the Constitution. Indeed, so sweeping are the areas of control, that there is no substantive difference between the powers he has assumed and those of a dictator.
Under the March 16 Executive Order, the President invokes a 1950 Act of Congress, the Defense Production Act, as a basis for asserting extraordinary control over the entire economy in service to the national defense needs of the United States. In effect, President Obama has unilaterally expanded the authority of Commander-in-Chief to include not only command of the military but also to command all private parties and resources in support of the military and objectives of his administration.
The powers assumed are vast, comparable to those exercised by dictators. Part II of the Order includes the following section, which delegates to the various secretaries of the administration the power to supplant private contracts with federal controls over every part of the economy.
Sec. 201. Priorities and Allocations Authorities. (a) The authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act . . . to require acceptance and priority performance of contracts or orders (other than contracts of employment) to promote the national defense over performance of any other contracts or orders, and to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense, is delegated to the following agency heads:
the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer;
(2) the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy;
(3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources;
(4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation;
(5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and
(6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials.
  The Executive Order expressly does not limit the use of these extraordinary powers to times of war or the theater of war but, rather, they can be used for “purposes of national defense,” entirely in the discretion of the President. The powers are delegated to the cabinet secretaries. There is no provision for prior authorization from Congress, so the President assumes that he may act unilaterally.
The National Defense Authorization Act declared the entire country a “battlefield” in the war on terror and granted the President the power to suspend the writ of habeas corpus, permit military arrest and detention without notice of charges or any right of due process any American accused of providing support to terrorists. The President’s Executive Order grossly expands the constitutional violations in the NDAA by replacing the Constitution with a presumed power of the President to govern the entire economy. In the history of the United States, there has never been a more profound and grave moment of the exercise of imperial executive power than this. This President who would be Emperor, now is.

DAVIS BACON

Has anyone ever heard of the Davis Bacon Act?

            Just think of what it “does”. Take a look around you; See that highway work? See those men lazing in the sun? They are the byproduct of Davis Bacon. Another is the TIME that it takes to work on a Davis Bacon job.

In Covington, GAthere have been portions of streets, including intersections that have taken years to complete, when they are eventually completed.

               I am asking Congress to start making every law a sunshine law.

What that should mean is that every law on the books should die after it has been in the law three years. That should give time to see how every law works so the general public has a chance to evaluate it. AND these laws should be retroactive because we already know how Davis Bacon works!
