		<description><![CDATA[Constructive criticism is vital. It is what I would define as productive. It analyzes where errors were made and seeks to correct them and it is honest in its assessment. What I was referring to was the finger-pointing that was going on. That is not constructive criticism, that is just playing the blame-game. Which is something that can distract you from correcting the errors that need correcting.
