Another Fox News “Scandal” From Soros Matters

The George Soros-funded fecal matter known as “Media Matters” has another “scandal” showing how they want people to believe that Fox News does not do the news, “FOXLEAKS: Fox boss ordered staff to cast doubt on climate science“. Naturally, Media Matters had to introduce a lie in order to “prove” their point [emphasis mine]:

[Fox News Washington managing editor Bill] Sammon’s orders for Fox journalists to cast doubt on climate science came amid the network’s relentless promotion of the fabricated “Climategate” scandal, which revolved around misrepresentations of emails sent to and from climate scientists at the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit.

The only thing fabricated is this “scandal” from Media Matters, which is based upon their misrepresentation of the very real Climategate scandal.

Here is a piece of “evidence” Media Matters found showing Sammon’s “crime”:

…we should refrain from asserting that the planet has warmed (or cooled) in any given period without IMMEDIATELY pointing out that such theories are based upon data that critics have called into question. It is not our place as journalists to assert such notions as facts, especially as this debate intensifies.

Sammon is absolutely right; it isn’t the place of journalists to assert that the global warming hysterics are based on “facts”, especially when those “facts” were thrown into complete disarray by the Climategate scandal.

You can read the rest of the Media Matters piece, which is whole lotta nothing and not really worth anyone’s time. Suffice it to say, the only job the jerks at Media Matters have is promoting “evidence” to “prove” Fox News is not news. The reality is Media Matters and the lamestream media, which deliberately ignored Climategate, regurgitates the global warming propaganda of the Obama administration and the Democratic Party. So which media outfit is using actual journalists? Of course, we already know the answer.

    The subject line sums its up best, media matters operates much like the pre WWII German media that beatdown on dissenting opinion, used the media to spread hatred and propoganda against the Jews and they used the media to foster the hatred across the land.

    The big difference with the fecal brains at MM is they are not violent but the violent ones read their daily fecal matter and its drives liberals insane.

    It must be sad to have to beg to get money from Soros just to have a lil website just to spread lies, propoganda and pretend to be important. MM can’t make a profit without handouts. I wonder if the pursue govmint funding?

      During which time period Soros was helping the Germans collect the belongings of the Jews that had been rounded up.

          Hatemongering? Have you read Soros’ autobiography wherein he relates these experiences himself? BTW he was not particularly upset with his ‘duties’.

          Global warming is fact? Even though there has been no measureable warming recorded since 1995? And aren’t these the very same people who were yelling about ‘global cooling’ and the coming ice age back in 1974? And please recheck your ‘consensus’. If the poll you’re reading was done by the IPCC then maybe it says 95% support, but what does *that* really tell you?

          We are constantly finding that previously accepted “fact” is not true. Remember when everybody thought the world was flat?

          Here is a hint for you. WHen is freezing cold outside, and people are dealing with record low temperatures, don’t trot out global warming. It isn’t received well. I suggest that everyone get in their Subarbans right now and start driving around. I am freezing.

    Isn’t Media Matters supposed to explore hidden agendas? (INCR a unit of Ceres of which Soros is an equity partner). Further, UN “scientists” agree global warming has stopped. Phil Jones, lead East Anglia UN climate report scientist said 2/14/10, there has been no warming since 1995, UK Daily Mail and elsewhere. One of his co-authors said global warming stopped in 2003: Global warming has stopped since at least 2003 per Nobel UN scientist, Kevin Trenberth: “‘Missing’ heat may affect future climate change,” 4/12/10, from Newswire, Source: National Center for Atmospheric Research.

    * Trenberth: “?…Earth?s surface temperatures have largely leveled off in recent years….

    * That means about half the total amount of heat is unaccounted for.”…

    On Trenbeth’s participation in the UN 2007 Nobel Prize winning report: “The IPCC’s AR4 chapter lead was Kevin Trenberth, who features prominently in the Climategate emails. All this was reported, but dropped because these guys would be out of jobs and maybe dead if they made a big deal about the truth. ClimateGate email, 7/5/05, Nobel prize winning lead scientist Phil Jones, said climate COOLED 1998-2005, but:
    * “The scientific community would come down on me in no uncertain terms if I said the world had cooled from 1998.

    * OK it has

    but it is only 7 years of data and it isn’t statistically significant.”…#### On 11/29/09, the “scientists” admitted much historic data had been erased, so there’s no way to substantiate anything they say. On 11/15/10 Nature Magazine says Phil Jones now admits to deleting emails.
    * 11/15/10, A year after ClimateGate emails were made public,

    “Jones, we are informed by Nature magazine, deleted the emails (5/29/08) from just ?bravado?.

    ?We just thought if they?re going to ask for more, we might as well not have them?

    Apparently Jones deleted these emails, to ?simplify his life?, by ?not having them?, if they were requested by people ?in the future?. Mindblowing.

    * The Nature article portrays Jones? story through Climategate year One. He is shown as a sensitive man, sucked into a vortex of reactive maneuvers, outwitting critics, bloggers and sceptics, deleting emails in the process. “

      You have expanded nicely on my response to oses above.

      My open question to all RedStaters is: How do we get the real information in front of “Joe Sixpack”? My kids are being fed AGW doctrine in 6th grade like it was as true as gravity. It is visibly detracting from their hope for the future.

        Or, help get one of your local allies elected. The indoctrination that goes on in public schools in that regard can be stopped, though it’s a pitched, long-term battle you are in for to get it done.

        I want to see Carol Browner and Lisa Jackson justify everything the EPA, NASA and NOAA has done to cover-up the US government’s participation in the climate fraud on C-SPAN.

        I want to see the Obama Administration give a full accounting of Freddie and Fannie’s involvement in the Chicago Climate Exchange on C-SPAN.

        I want to see a full accounting of the university research funding that was granted based on the fraud on C-SPAN.

        I want to see the Denier’s given the chance to present their case without restriction on C-SPAN. Testimony should be solicited from nearly everyone on this list.

        And, that’s just the start.
