Meet the Partisan Union Behind The Partisan Internal Revenue Service
On Thursday, despite the escalating scandal, Barack Obama told reporters that he did not see the need for a special prosecutor, saying “probes by Congress and the Justice Department should be able to figure out who was responsible for improperly targeting tea party groups when they applied for tax-exempt status.”
While that may appease reporters from CNN and the mainstream media for the moment, one must wonder why there shouldn’t be a special prosecutor to look into the wrongdoings of an agency with such vast powers over the American populace. Unless, of course, there is a smoking gun that people within the administration don’t want discovered.

White House: All Americans Can Opt-Out Of ObamaCare
Believe it or not, RedStaters, the White House has just announced that every American with private health insurance can opt-out of ObamaCare! Yes. In a response to my petition on the White House website, the administration states very clearly: “If you currently have private health insurance, you should be able to keep it, and that’s exactly what the health care law says. It’s not a | Read More »
Why You Should Support Rep. Price’s IRS Bill
Rep. Tom Price came on my program today to discuss his “Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act.” Why is this important? Because the regulating entity of Obamacare is in trouble for discriminating against, and persecuting, conservatives. Even more unbelievable: The Internal Revenue Service official in charge of the tax-exempt organizations at the time when the unit targeted tea party groups now runs the | Read More »
The Obama Scandals Aren’t About Bad Government, but Big Government
When scandal rocks any administration, its partisan opponents smell blood in the water and move in to inflict as much political damage on the president as possible. Consultants assure us it’ll “gin up the base.” It makes headlines. And it’s always easy to kick someone when he’s down. But for conservatives, especially in the case of the various scandals enveloping the Obama Administration this month, | Read More »
Don’t Make it About Barack Obama
I have to agree with Ben Domenech from the Transom this morning. Republicans will lose if they try to make the IRS scandal about Barack Obama. We are not going to convince a majority of Americans who voted for him that they were wrong. We spent the last four years trying that.As Domenech noted this morning: Here’s the hard thing Republicans have to do if | Read More »
AG Holder Not Familiar With Born Alive Infant Protection Act Enforcement
Now that abortionist Kermit Gosnell has been convicted of murdering three infants born alive in his Philadelphia house of horrors, a new case has come to light in Houston, TX. Abortionist Douglas Karpen is accused of, among other heinous acts, twisting the heads off living babies. Unfortunately, infants being born alive and subsequently murdered during botched abortions has been happening in the United States for | Read More »
Republicans & GOP Donors Should Focus Here
We are all — all of us — attracted to shiny objects. Oftentimes we fixate on the shiny object and never see past the shine to what the object actually is or what it can actually do for us or whether it is even a distraction. The IRS scandal is the latest shiny object on which the GOP will fixate. But if, instead of fixating, | Read More »
Union Bosses Demand Nuclear Option On Obama’s Flawed NLRB & Labor Nominations
As surely as union bosses want a union-friendly NLRB and Department of Labor to be fully operational, short-sighted Democrats must also realize that political winds shift (see above-referenced scandals)–just as they did in 1980, when unions represented 25% of the workforce (and 1947 and 1959 before that).

IRS Persecution Is A War On Women
Forget “binders full of women” — the IRS’s persecution of hundreds of tea party groups is the real war on women. I co-founded the movement in my hometown of St. Louis and have travelled the country with various tea party groups and I’ve seen it first hand: the tea party movement was predominately led by women. It isn’t a slight to our men; in speech after speech | Read More »
IRS Targeted Well-Known Christian Ministries
Several well-known religious organizations say they were targeted by the Internal Revenue Service, including the ministry founded by famed evangelist Billy Graham and a 180-year-old Baptist newspaper, Fox News has learned. Among the ministries targeted are the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Samaritan’s Purse and the Biblical Recorder – the newspaper of the North Carolina Baptist State Convention. The revelations seem to indicate the IRS was | Read More »
Will no one rid me of this turbulent group?
In June of 1170, the Archbishop of York and the Bishops of London and Salisbury crowned Henry II of England. The Archbishop of Canterbury, Thomas Beckett, should have had the privilege, but he and King Henry had been warring over the powers of clergy in England. Beckett proceeded to excommunicate the bishops and other opponents of the Catholic Church in England. According to tradition, Henry | Read More »
EXCLUSIVE: Source Says KMOV Forced Reporter’s Hand In IRS Scandal
I first told you about St. Louis reporter Larry Conners’s claim that the IRS “hammered” him after his fair, but hard-hitting interview with President Obama last year. Tonight Conners read a statement on air distancing himself from his Facebook post. “Those were my personal views, not those of KMOV TV, second to be fair, I should disclose that my issues with the IRS preceded that | Read More »
Billy Graham Evangelistic Assn. Targeted by IRS
The man known as America’s pastor was among those targeted by the Internal Revenue Service after the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association ran newspaper advertisements promoting traditional marriage and biblical values. “I am bringing this to your attention because I believe that someone in the Administration was targeting and attempting to intimidate us,” wrote Franklin Graham in a letter to President Obama. “This is morally wrong | Read More »
The Obama Administration, The IRS and The Praetorian Guards.
The funny thing is that my participation in Conservative circles has allowed me to know a statistically large number of people who recently have been audited. The ones who haven’t often know someone who has. I mean, unlike the Kenyawn Birf Surtifikate, or Tom Fife’s “business trip” in Moscow, I’m hearing from people who are solid, real-life Conservatives who have actually gotten that metaphorical midnight knock on the door. I’m not a guy who believes the Gubbermint LIHOPed 9/11. Yet, it’s amazing how this one, peculiar segment of the population would have so much time and energy invested in them by the IRS. Maybe we should all feel honored. Not everyone receives so much care and attention from the Post-modern Amerikan State.

Reporter Claims IRS Harassment After Tough Obama Interview *UPDATE: Conners Muzzled
St. Louis Reporter Larry Conners revealed via Facebook yesterday that he has been “hammered” by the IRS since his much-discussed interview with President Obama. Conners, a veteran reporter, asked tough, but fair question during the interview which was slammed by progressives in media. Conners says: Shortly after I did my April 2012 interview with President Obama, my wife, friends and some viewers suggested that I | Read More »
