Blanche Lincoln barely survived a challenge by Governor Bill Halter, 52% to 48%, in her bid to win the Arkansas primary. She’s not out of the woods yet by a long shot. Ten states states hold primary elections today, in addition to the runoff in Arkansas and a Republican Congressional special in Georgia.
