Blanche Lincoln barely survived a challenge by Governor Bill Halter, 52% to 48%, in her bid to win the Arkansas primary. She’s not out of the woods yet by a long shot. She still has to face Republican US Representative John Boozman in November. Actually, with Boozman polling 25 points ahead of Lincoln she has plenty to worry about.
