FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ChangeitBack2012.com – Marine of Hispanic descent to tour the
country on a mission to defeat President Barrack Obama.

Orlando, FL-March 5th 2012 – Former Marine Sgt. Felix Quintana, a Purple
Heart Veteran of the Iraq war has embarked on a mission to unite 1 million
Americans to become the visible outward expression of the voting majority
that will in his words “rise up on election day November 6, 2012 to execute our
voting right in defense of our Republic and defeat President Barrack Obama
and all elected officials who have made a mockery of our Constitution.”

A native of Venezuela, Sgt. Quintana immigrated to the United States in 1992
months after a failed coup d'état by then lieutenant colonel Hugo Chavez, who
now presides over Venezuela. “All Americans need to wake up to the reality
that the only reason our nation has not totally gone in the ways of leftist-ruled
countries like Venezuela, Bolivia and Nicaragua—to name a few—has been due
to our Charters of Freedom; the Declaration of Independence, our Constitution
and Bill of Rights is what sets us apart from any other nation on the face of the
earth and we must ensure they are upheld and preserved; this is why I launched
Changeitback2012.com”, Sgt. Quintana said.

Changeitback2012.com’s 1 million American eligible voters will wear a CIB2012
shirt that will bear a custom Voter # ranging from 1 to 1 million as a visible show
of strength and unity in numbers that will create community engagements and
ultimately serve as a declaration on Election Day for all to see that the will and
power of the American people is still alive.

The ambitious project will also take Sgt. Quintana across all 50 states in search
of written commitments from voters that they will turn out to vote. “This is not
the election to make a point by abdicating our responsibility to vote; this is the
most crucial election our generation has been entrusted with; this election is for
the very soul and identity of our nation and the inheritance for our posterity.”

Changeitback2012.com has set up a “Donate” page for anyone that wishes to
help fund the movement. “It would be ironic—or worse yet—it would be as if I
had come here in vain to have the United States of America turn like the country
I left.” Sgt. Quintana declared.

Support anti-PIPA/SOPA candidates in primaries.

RedState should be cheered for his principled stance on this issue. It takes courage sometimes for those of us on the right to stand firmly with the left on an issue of importance. It’s great to see sites like RedState and Credo on the same side of this issue. I agree 100% with the following statement in Eric’s email on Rubio’s change of heart about the matter.

“This morning I noted that we should primary Senators and Representatives on the left and right who refuse to back away from SOPA and Protect IP.”

I wonder if Eric knows that Sen. Snowe from Maine is not only pro-PIPA but has been a strong advocate of all forms of internet regulation. It was Sen. Snowe who introduced the concept of an “internet kill switch” with Sen. Rockerfeller a few years ago. She is an advocate of internet taxation despite the harm it would do to online commerce.

Sen. Snowe, of course, has a primary challenge from Andrew Ian Dodge, a strong opponent of SOPA/PIPA. In a recent statement he said the following:
“It worries me to see Congress pushing bills that will kill freedom of speech on the internet. It is a shame none of the Maine delegation are standing up for Mainers’ online rights. With the valued support of Maine voters, when I am in the Senate I will take a firm stand against internet taxation, censorship and any other government meddling in the online space.”

Andrew Ian Dodge, like many on RedState, has made some or all of his living from producing internet content whether with his blog or writing for sites like PajamasMedia.com He is well aware of the impact of both of these bills on those who make a living, a whole or part, from the internet. All of us who stand united against SOPA/PIPA should support Andrew for his vocal stand on these awful bills.

Citizens 4 Cain

Well, I am not dead and have been busy at work on getting a website up. Citizens 4 Cain.

I know it is pretty early in the election cycle for the 2012 elections for the Presidency, but I feel that with the way the economy is going and the utter lack of business sense in DC today, we need someone like Herman Cain in the White House.

While he was in St Louis, I got to meet him at a Tea Party, and we got to chat a little bit, nothing serious, but got to know a little about him. While talking one on one, he is very sincere and well spoken. But when he gets up on a podium, he is a different man. And he commands the room or crowd like no one I have seen in a long time. He says what people like me and many in the Tea Party Movement have been saying over the past year and a half. He has been a proven problem solver in all the places he has been. The last was bringing Godfather’s Pizza from the brink of bankruptcy.

We need someone with business sense and someone that is a problem solver. And we need someone like that in 2012

Come on by the Citizens 4 Cain site, and join with others to see Herman Cain take the oath of office to become the 45 President of the United States of America.

Remember Me #ValourIT

They come from all walks of life, and all have something that most in this country do not have. They have the mindset to go into harm’s way, without hesitation. Most of us if we hear gun shots run the other way, they run towards the gunshots. And you need to have something special to do that, and we must respect and honor that.

And as I have never joined the service, I will do anything that I can to help them out. They are there to protect us and to keep us safe from those that do us harm. And that is the reason I joined up with Valour IT, it is the least I can do. Even if it is just a little bit to help the wounded soldiers that come home. And in some ways I am kicking myself for not joining up when I could have.

We won the battle but not the war

We had a good day on Tuesday and many Conservatives got elected into office.   But make no mistake the war is not won.

The huge gains by the Republicans in the House and the gains in the Senate do not mean that our work is over.   This is just the beginning.  This is a long war that we need to win and we can not let up.

As the Tea Partiers and Conservatives are basking in the election wins, there are still those that want to take away our Liberties and Freedoms in the name of the “Good of the Country”.  We must not let that happen.

We need to keep the fire under the Republicans to follow the Constitution and the Enumerated Powers that constrain the Federal Government.  It is not time to let up or relax our mission.   We must keep the Republicans in line and take back the Senate and Presidency in 2012.

We Will Be Victorious (Open Thread)

A little music to put everyone in the mood for the elections.   We will win and do not let them cheat their ways in.

The Wave or the Tsunami

Tomorrow is the day, the day that we can change the direction of this country. The day where we can show the country that we are not going to take the spending and arrogance that has been show to us for the past 2 years (4 years if you include when the Democrats took over the House and Senate).

Tomorrow we can win and win big. We need to get out the vote and tell everyone what is at stake in this election. As I have precious said, this is no normal mid term election. This is a referendum on how Obama and the Democrats have led this nation. We can break the spending and taxing that have brought this country in the woes we are in now.

But we can not do this if you do not go out and vote and bring everyone of your friends along. We need to make this more than a wave but a tsunami.

Get out and vote, take the country back.

Let’s make a real change back to the Constitution and Liberty, and far away from the direction the Democrats have taken us.

It will be a wave or a tsunami, it is all up to you

Tuesday

On Tuesday, the American Public will have a referendum on Obama’s
administration and the Democrat’s control over the House and Senate.
This is no ordinary mid-term election, this is an election for the
future direction of our country. Do we want the same tax and spend
policies that the democrats have been using for the past 4 years –
policies that made the recession worse than it should have been? Or do
we want to go into a new direction?

The polls and much of the enthusiasm appears to be on the
Conservative’s side and big election gains for the Republicans. But do
not let this fool you into complacency, the Republicans have not won anything, yet. GOTV is our main goal this year, because the Unions and Democrats are putting a big effort in their GOTV, and using their old tactics. Make no mistake, we need to trounce the Democrats November 2nd.

With the Tea Parties and various other groups, more and more people
are getting involved and looking at what is happening in Washington, DC.
They bring the enthusiasm  needed – but we also need to channel that
enthusiasm into action at the polls. Preliminary reports from early
voting in many areas, indicates it is working. We must keep our foot on
the pedal; no let up on that accelerator.

If you look at many of the polls, the races are getting tighter
during the final week (I look at the polls with a grain of salt anyway),
they always do. We must not let the polls and the thought of the
inevitability of GOP gains distract us into relaxing our efforts. We
still need to get boots on the ground, and people phone banking, to let
voters know how important this election is.

It is up to us, not the pundits on TV and the radio. It is up to ‘We
the People’ to decide the fate of our country from this day forward. Do
we want to continue borrowing money from our kids’ future and putting
the country further and further into debt, or do we want to go back to
the limited Government our Founding Fathers wanted for this great
nation?

Tea Party Express “Liberty at the Ballot Box” tour

Last night after work I walked down the street to Kiner Plaza for the Tea Party Express “Liberty at the Ballot Box” Tour rally. Saw some friends there. Eric Odom, Gateway Pundit, Jen Ennenbach of the St Louis Tea Party. And finally got to meet Kevin Jackson (The Blacksphere) and Andrea Shea King. Also saw Lloyd Marcus sing his songs that revved up the crown.

But the thrill of the night was meeting Herman Cain. I got to meet him before his speech and chit chat a little bit. He is a down to Earth person, but you can tell he has something more in him. And when you hear him speak, then you figure out. He has great leadership qualities and excellent voice to explain what the Tea party is and Conservatism, so that everyone can understand it. He could be the Republican candidate in 2012.
