In his speech on race, Barack Obama explained that he wasn't going to abandon his pastor, Jeremiah Wright, because he could no more do that than abandon the black community itself, or abandon his own grandmother, who said things that made the Senator "cringe."
Now, Senator Obama says that he would have left his church if Jeremiah Wright hadn't retired.
I notice an inconsistency. I wonder if anyone in the press will pick up on it.

Obama chose Wright's church as a vehicle for ingratiating himself to the black community in Chicago -- getting "street cred", as they say -- and cannot now completely denounce Wright for the same reason.
That's why he always says "... the Greatness of America, for all its flaws..." That's language whites dismiss or don't even hear, but blacks hear as "for all its evil acts and overt institutional racism keeping the black man down".

Gone 2500 years, still not PC.
No thanks to the mainstream media, the word of this is getting out...including Obama's apparent mis-statement that Wright has somehow apologized now for his controversial remarks:

called the 'Swift Boats of Truth' that buys ad space highlighting the blatant lies with regard to Obama's relationship to Wright and other shady characters. We know that McCain will not make light of nay of this.
apparently Obama's limit is about 20 years of hate.

Until Obama renounces Wright as the racist anti-American that he is I will consider Obama the same ...
no "I'm disapointed and don't agree with Wright" stuff, he needs to call Wright what he is, a racist anti-American and renounce him, admitting the mistake of following that mans guidance for so many years ...
Until then, that racist anti-American shoe, fits both Writh and Obama ...
