The Audacity Of Naïveté

I am sure that if someone has the temerity to point this out, then he/she will be accused of conducting a savage and vicious and horrible and not-very-nice-at-all "onslaught" on the likely Democratic nominee for President. And yet, I can't help but wonder why it is that more people aren't pointing out that Barack Obama's knowledge of the situation in Lebanon is--how to phrase this?--deficient.

I'm certain more writings of his, deficiencies will be presented, but those will remain non-mainstream. After all, he is the 2nd coming of JFK, or so say some.

every problem looks like a nail and a field of dreams.

Brack knows all about "corrupt patronage" and "fair distribution of services".

I can't believe Totten called him "Tea Boy", either. That's all we'll hear about over here.

The European view by sinz52

The European Union refuses to consider Hezbollah a terrorist organization. The only nations that do are the U.S., Britain, Israel, Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands.

And we know there is active support for Hezbollah among the Muslim Americans of Dearborn Michigan, the home of Rep. Conyers.

It wouldn't surprise me to find President Obama taking Hezbollah off the State Department list of terrorist organizations.

That's a question that McCain could bring up in a debate: Does Obama disagree with the European Union view that Hezbollah is not a terrorist organization?
