FOX News Sunday (FNS): Host Chris Wallace does the surrogate thaang, bracing for Tuesday's Pennsylvania primary, with Chuckie Schumer for Hillary and Dick Durbin for Obama. Then Karl Rove shows up as the voice of reason.

This Week (ABC): Host George Stephanopoulos host the first broadcast from the Newseum, with John McCain.

Meet the Press (NBC): Host Tim Russert has a battle of chief strategists: David Axelrod for Obama vs. Geoff Garin for Hillary.

Face the Nation (CBS): Host Bob Schieffer does the PA surrogate thing: Governor Ed Rendell for Hillary and Senator Junior Casey for Obama.

Late Edition (CNN): Host Wolf Blitzer has two sets of surrogates: Jon Corzine for Hillary vs. Bill Bradley for Barry -and- Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter for Hillary vs. Representative Chaka Fattah (Arthur Davenport), who supports both Obama and convicted cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal( Wesley Cook). Plus his usual cast of millions, including McCain economic advisor Carly Fiorina.

If Barry can pull off the upset in Pennsylvania, maybe the media will tire of this tiresome surrogate nonsense; alas, even Junior Casey (FTN) concedes that Barry won't do well in Pennsylvania. Beyond that, the Newseum (TW) is a place in DC where you can go and learn about Woodward, Bernstein, and Watergate. I don't know if they have exhibits on Dan Rather, "Capt. Jamil Hussein," and the various New York Times frauds.

I haven't added Geoff Garin (MTP) because I doubt I'll have much further use for him after this, unless he turns up as a Bob Shrum-like figure in the future.

Either way, I'll have the review of theses shows here at RedState.com early Sunday afternoon.

Normally because you do such a splendid job with these digests I don't bother watching these shows unless there's a compelling reason...

...which for this week would be having Karl Rove, Dick Durbin and Chuck Schumer all on camera at the same time...

Is that going to happen or are they all being escored into and out of the building via separate doors?

No, I assume its Schumer vs. Durbin then Rove in to mop things up.

Taking self absorbed and self important to unheard of levels.

of our federal government, poll-wise, so I assume they have to do something to make themselves look like white knights.
