Hillary is the New Clinton

Tomorrow you'll be reading in the so-called "news" that Hillary Clinton and her 2000 Senate campaign were "exonerated" by an investigation conducted by the Federal Election Commission. They've been looking into charges that her campaign filed false statements with the FEC and comingled hard and soft money contributions in violation of the law.
As so often happens with politicians named Clinton, it depends on what the meaning of "exonerated" is. In this case it means that Hillary's lawyer told a reporter that she and her campaign were exonerated.
What actually happened is that the FEC has just reported that it found probable cause to believe that Hillary's campaign treasurer, Andrew Grossman, violated the federal statute and regulation concerning making accurate campaign finance reports. The FEC also found that Grossman, in his capacity as Treasurer of NY Senate 2000 — the joint fundraising committee used by Hillary's Senate campaign to comingle hard and soft money contributions — violated 2 USC Sec 434 and 11 CFR Sec 102.
Grossman admitted his violation by signing the settlement agreement, effectively acknowledging that he filed false statements with a government agency. Perhaps you'll recall that Hillary's finance director, David Rosen, was indicted and tried for this in May, 2005.
He was exonerated too. And a good thing, because Grossman just admitted that he did it. It's just one exoneration after another with these Clintons.
More tomorrow.

like this you have two choices, you either make believe you're reading MAD magazine, or Ray Bradbury. The woman is so unstoppable in her corruption that even after eight years of sewerage in the WH, like an eveready battery of toxic sordidness she just goes on and on. we need our eagles of the media to swoop down on this "exonerated" pap.
Your source is Peter Paul. Check out the Wiki. Then Google 'Andrew Grossman FEC'.
The reason why David Rosen was able to skate was because of the refusal by the government to submit crucial audio tapes that implicated Rosen.
http://www.judicialwatch.org/untoldstory.shtml
On May 18, Ray Reggie, the Democrat fundraiser who has Rosen on tape admitting he underreported the gala costs, testified that Hillary Clinton personally chose the vendor to produce the concert portion of the event. When asked about his relationship with Bill Clinton, Reggie replied, "I did and do" have a relationship with President Clinton. (The government, to the shock of the Clinton-appointed judge in the case, refused to introduce Reggie's tapes as evidence.)
The source of the document is quite obvious. Did you have a point you were trying to make?
My understanding is that if the government introduced the tapes, the defense could reasonably ask to hear the rest of the tapes. Let's just say Rosen isn't the only fellow that Reggie talked to, and the DOJ has a bigger fish on the hook than David Rosen.
Besides, who really wanted to see some under-assistant West Coast promo man go to jail for something that Hillary herself knew was going on? It's in the record now that Hillary negotiated with the producer of the gala, and got him to knock a few thousand off the price. So she knew exactly how much it cost. This is the amount that was under-reported, and that Grossman just took the fall for.
Does he show up in the indictment? I know the Feds flipped him back in May. Levin was being investigated by Patrick Fitzgerald's US Attorney's office here in Chicago for defrauding Chicago Public Schools.
Levin was also Hillary's finance director right after he sold his share of a Chicago strip club called "Thee Dollhouse". Family Values Hillary hires smut peddlers to raise money? I imagine Levin knew a lot of bad things about a lot of good people that could be turned into campaign contributions.
